Another year has passed: Gregorian Bivolaru's situation - synthesis and update

At the end of November of this year, 2025, it's been two years since MISA leader Gregorian Bivolaru has been
in pretrial detention for acts of "rape, abuse of weakness by a sectarian group, kidnapping and human trafficking
by an organized gang". Now is the right time to make a synthesis of what the situation of the accused looks like
at the moment. Although in the meantime several podcasts with an international audience have appeared
in which former students confessed, it is fair and objective that the statements of the victims in the podcasts
be viewed with a certain reserve and that this analysis be based only on the evidence that is known to exist
in the file, as well as on the statements given before the courts and investigators (to the extent that they have
become publicly known), the only ones that have value in judicial evidence, and that all of this should then be
related to both the complaints of those who consider themselves victims, and the arguments of the defense
together with the justifications presented by MISA/ATMAN. So, what is known for sure?

➤ French police arrested Bivolaru in his apartment after over a year of surveillance (end of October 2022 -
November 28, 2023) after, "according to the surveillance carried out, in the 13 months preceding the arrests,
the agents estimated that 5 to 10 women were 'assigned' to him each week" (source - French police, quoted
by Libération ) That's an average of at least one woman every day! From the same source, we also note that:

The victims often arrived in Paris by plane from the sect's Danish branch, Natha, and by car from Romania or
other Eastern European countries. Romanian henchmen would then confiscate their identity papers and phones.
They would blindfold them before placing them in cars with tinted windows and forcibly driving them to one
of the sect's many residences. Why so much coercion against devoted followers, investigators ask?
"I was threatened with death," claims Bivolaru. "It's possible they would give my address to someone who
wants to kill me," he tries to defend himself.

The questioning of his alleged right-hand man in France, Sorin Turc, could help trace the origins of this case.
Sorin Turc also owns 21 vehicles, including four Mercedes, some of which were used to transport the victims.
A batch of "obstructed" glasses, used by the victims during their travels, was also found at his home in the
Alpes-Maritimes region.

Therefore, the evidence obtained during his surveillance by the police, as well as that found during the raids
(withheld identity documents, cards and phones wrapped in metal foil), forced Bivolaru to admit that women
were brought to him, in clandestine conditions, whose documents and phones were confiscated and
who were kept in a waiting location, without them knowing where they were, without the possibility
of communicating with the outside and without the possibility of leaving the buildings when they wanted,
which means trafficking and kidnapping (sequestration) of people!

What do MISA's defenders say about this fact? By ignoring the evidence obtained through police surveillance
for over a year, hiding the fact that Bivolaru was forced to admit that women were brought to him through
actions that constitute the crime of human trafficking, avoiding explaining that, precisely on the basis of such
solid evidence, Bivolaru, Sorin Turc and the Stoian couple have their pre-trial detention orders extended every
four months, each time by a different court, the defenders of the arrested continue to claim that the transportation
of women with their eyes covered and with the retention of documents and phones are "cloak-and-dagger stories"
that cannot be believed (statement) and insinuate that the police have no evidence, since none of the women
found during the raids in the surveilled locations filed a complaint against the accused.

These arguments do not affect the police evidence in any way, because all those women found during the raids
were filmed at the moment they were brought in and are the object of trafficking, no matter how much they deny it,
and they had not even had time to pass through Bivolaru's bed, therefore they had no way of filing complaints
against him for sexual abuse!. The defense also claims that the women had come to “combine the pleasant with
the useful ” (source) and that they “went to those locations on their own initiative and knew what they were going for,
being happy to happy to be part of” (source), although the defense does not explain how those women found
with eyes closed those locations whose addresses were kept secret!

Also, these arguments do not affect the merits of the case, since the women plaintiffs are different from those
who refuse to cooperate with the police and deny the obvious trafficking operation and even accuse the police
of abuse, thus demonstrating how much they have been indoctrinated! In fact, this attempt to divert attention
from the victims to the women found during the raids (who do not declare themselves victims) is intended only
for MISA followers and public opinion, because the court in this case knows very clearly who the plaintiffs are
and who the witnesses are!

➤ Gregorian Bivolaru was forced to admit not only that women were brought to him and held locked up
in the house (even if they accepted the situation), but also that he had sexual relations with some of them!

After passing the stage of "consecration", women "loved him" at his home, the source recounted him as saying.
”They came to talk about yoga, and for some, the desire to make love arose, and so we made love.
"Obviously, when the love was mutual", he assures.” (source)

He even went so far as to brag about it:
"What makes you so attractive?" the investigators pressed. "Erotic continence in love and the fact that
I make certain women happy". (source)

But what exactly forced him to admit to sexual relations, which could not have been attested by the surveillance
carried out from the outside by the police (except at most audio, with ambient microphones, evidence that can
be contested)? Most likely, the police found during the raid on the waiting location (“holding house”)
the filmed statements that the women leaving Bivolaru gave regarding the experiences they had had
with the guru. Such a statement also became known to the public after, wanting to combat the accusations
of former student Miranda Grace, the ”geniuses” around Bivolaru broadcast in the presence of Miranda’s former
fellow students her statement after sex with Bivolaru, which was secretly recorded right at that moment by one
of the participants in that meeting, from where it ended up on the BBC (podcast). Of course, Bivolaru denies
that these sexual acts were sexual abuse or rape.

What do the defenders say? Continuing to hide Bivolaru's confessions, they admit for the first time
the existence of "sexual tantric initiations", but claim that these are "wonderful, transformative experiences"
(source) (a fact they claim to have proven by the video statements of the women filmed naked after their
sexual encounter with Bivolaru), but that they were convinced by anti-cult activists that they had been abused
(source), although these same defenders deny the reality of the persuasion or brainwashing process (details)!

Recently, after the appearance on YouTube of a new podcast that had as a guest a former student who is among
those who reported Bivolaru to the police (video), former colleagues of the victim appeared among the commentators
on this video, who declare that they saw her "very happy, radiant and excited whenever she was going to meet
the guru" and that, "shortly before going public as a victim, she asked him to meet again, which never happened".
This may be a lie, because the guests had sworn to keep secret the fact that they had met or were going to meet
the guru and could only discuss it after they had been to him and only with the women who had also been
to the "initiation", while the statement about the multiple meetings belongs to a commentator who introduces
himself as a man ("@Ramram888puravida"), who could not have known these things unless he was the instructor
who had sent the woman the invitation from Bivolaru, which implicates him in human trafficking and represents
proof of the existence of this system of recruitment and transportation to the guru! Furthermore, if we put these
"testimonies" of the commentators alongside the videos of the students who had come out of the "sexual initiation"
with the guru and who were filmed NAKED while giving such obviously forced statements, which end with
the formula "I will never forget this experience and, if I do, I will then fall into the category of superficial,
fickle and stupid women" (BBC podcast, audio, min23:sec22) and if we add the fact that these video statements
were made available for viewing to the invited students BEFORE going to the "initiation" for the first time,
we get a shocking image of the brainwashing process and human trafficking at MISA, involuntarily confirmed
by the followers who, ironically, intended to defend their organization and leader!

Also in this recent podcast on YouTube, there are other commentators who, on the contrary, deny the existence
of sexual “initiations” with the guru, which the guru himself admitted to in court! The standard formula used
by these commentators is “I have been a student of this school for many years and I have not experienced
anything like this”, after which they move on to direct denial, as if they know for sure that this is the truth,
although other colleagues of theirs, mentioned previously, make it very clear that they knew about the existence
of sexual encounters with the guru, which they describe as “wonderful”, although they do not seem to have
witnessed them! This shows how little can be based on the accounts and testimonies of those from ATMAN
and how credible they are! It is funny that the “spiritual school MISA” claims that “the proof of the authenticity
of the school lies precisely in the thousands of extraordinary testimonies of its students”! Actually, in the
involuntary
testimonies of the followers is often found precisely the proof of the moral and intellectual collapse of the school!

Another version of the defense is that "the alleged victims were initially delighted by the sexual act with
the guru but then, looking back, changed their minds". This version could be invoked in the case of those
female students who returned to Bivolaru after their first sexual encounter, but it does not work in the case
of those who declared that they felt unpleasant from the very first time or even refused to go to the guru
because, not knowing why they were called, they found out the real reason right in the house where they
were kept locked up (details).

In some cases, MISA accuses some plaintiffs of "wanting attention and money":
We say that it is still worth considering the hypothesis that they are just people who like to be in the spotlight.
If the media offers you an opportunity to get noticed, how can you refuse it? If the prosecutor's office gives you
the opportunity to easily obtain some undeserved money as "moral damages", why not try your luck? (source).

Other defenders of the accused claim that French prosecutors were looking for "false victims" among those
who told stories on the internet:

They contacted non-French women who were telling the cloak-and-dagger story of how they were brainwashed,
[...] invited to go to Paris, received and blindfolded by drivers in Paris, and taken to locations in France
where they were compelled to have sex with Bivolaru. [...] These stories had been known for years. [...]
Some of the women who told these stories spread them through the Internet, wrote books, and were involved
in civil cases with Bivolaru’s organization. [...] Clearly, the French police officers had read the sensational
accounts of the women who claimed they had been “brainwashed” and taken to France to be abused (source)

What all these inventors of arguments could not (and did not want) to explain is how it is that, during
the surveillance, the police found that the complainants' reports were true? Was Bivolaru also inspired
by the "cloak-and-dagger stories" on the internet, not just the prosecutors? Let's not overlook the fact that
this similarity between the victims' reports and the facts established by the police during the surveillance
is extraordinary proof of the veracity of the victims' statements and the reason why Bivolaru and his acolytes
were arrested and are being held in pre-trial detention!

It should be noted that that in the attempt to explain the time gap between the facts complained of and
the filing of the complaints, the defense arguments are different and divergent, inconsistent, seeking
only to provoke doubts and deliver circumstantial justifications, which do not converge towards a single
and consistent explanation. Sometimes the plaintiffs were influenced, manipulated and "changed their
minds" by interested parties  (anti-cult activists who would seek to justify their activity), sometimes they
just want money and attention, sometimes they repeat stories found on the internet, sometimes they were
intentionally searched for and then found by the anti-cult police who would have a direct interest, each one
found another argument and threw it on the table, that it might work! Or they simply resort to the last
argument left at their disposal - and the most embarrassing: there is always someone dissatisfied! (source)

The media mentions the mafia omerta in MISA - the law of silence imposed by oaths of secrecy (details)
- and in general the secrecy of MISA (details) - at which point MISA rushes in and promises clarifications
(details) which, however, never came, as they probably realized in the meantime that it would worsen
the already precarious situation of its accused leaders.

➤ But what does the fact that the women who came out of sex with Bivolaru gave video statements prove?
Bivolaru's defense claims that the women were super-excited by the experiences they had, but the statements
seem to follow a template, especially the ending, in which those women declare that, I quote, "I will never
forget this experience and, if I do, I will then fall into the category of superficial, fickle and stupid women".
(BBC podcast ”the Bad Guru” - ep. 5 Breakthrough, audio, min23:sec22)

This standard phrase from the end of the statements demonstrates that it is something imposed, because
it is not credible that several women would have spontaneously felt the need to utter this statement which,
moreover, sounds like psychological self-blackmail! Moreover, this standard phrase, abnormal for a free,
spontaneous statement, undermines the other possibility, that it is a procedure to avoid possible accusations
of sexual abuse. On the contrary, the resulting idea is precisely that of psychological pressure, especially
since these video statements were later presented to female students who were coming for the "initiation"
for the first time.

➤ The video statements imposed on women leaving the "sexual initiation" with Bivolaru, as well as the fact
that these statements were presented to the female students who later came to the "sexual initiation",
BEFORE participating in it, contradict the statement made to investigators by Bivolaru, that the women
”came to talk about yoga (source) On the contrary, it is about indoctrination, to which those women were
subjected who did not know where they were and was no longer able to communicate with the outside.
It is "organized exploitation ana abuse of vulnerable individuals by members of a cult", as French law says
(source).

The defenders do not even mention the fact that these recordings of accounts of experiences during
the "amorous fusion" were broadcast to the female students invited for the first time and which prove
that the initiative of the amorous act did not come from the women, as Bivolaru claims.

➤ Bivolaru's claim that those women came to him to talk about yoga is obviously false, because ONLY WOMEN
were brought to him (a fact established by the French police who monitored him for over a year), and it is
unbelievable that at MISA/ATMAN only women are interested in yoga! Moreover, this "selectivity" combined
with the fact that Bivolaru's address was kept secret, prove an organized system of recruiting and transporting
women. It is not credible that women - and only women! - would have reached the guru's secret location
on their own initiative. First, in order to get in touch with the guru on their own initiative, the women would
have had to know a way to communicate with him. Such a way could have been known either to a large group
of followers - which raises the question of why only young women reached the guru, which implies a prior
selection process - or it was known only to young women - which also proves a prior selection process!

Since it is clear that women who came to the guru were undoubtedly selected, it becomes clear that the guru
had a decisive role in determining which women would be brought to him, more important than the initiative
of the female students. This decisive role becomes even more important if we consider that even the women
who would have been accepted to go to the guru, having been selected for this, would still not have known
where to go, the guru loudly claiming that he was always in Karlskrona, the Swedish town where he lived
after receiving political asylum (video1video2) (although he had previously been arrested in Paris at the
end of February 2016).

It turns out that, at least in the last stage of the trip, the women were brought to Bivolaru's home, and this
operation was monitored by the French police over a period of over a year. The recruitment, selection, invitation,
transport and accommodation of the female students - all of this in clandestine conditions - show the commission
of human trafficking, organized by Bivolaru, the decision-maker.

Although the defenders admitted that the students traveled to France "to combine the pleasant with the useful"
nd claimed that "were delighted to participate in sacred erotic experiences", they did not do the slightest attempt
to explain how the students were able to communicate and then find the secret location of a fugitive who was
hiding from the police or "from those that wanted to kill him".

In a perfidious attempt to mask the fact that only women were brought to Bivolaru "to discuss yoga", MisaTV
television channel broadcast "interviews" with the "victims of the raids" (the series of shows "Who Protects Us
from the Police") in which several men appeared alongside the women, but from the statements it can be seen
that all those interviewed - men and women - had been living at the location searched by the police for a long time,
supposedly in spiritual retreats, having nothing to do with the traffic from Bivolaru's home (the police had asked
them about video chats). To increase the confusion, there is talk of teams of male construction workers "generously
hosted" by Sorin Turc, the leader of the yoga course in France (source), but they had been questioned in connection
with the accusation of exploitation, about which we know little data from the criminal case.

➤ Such a traffic system could not have been achieved without financial resources:

But, according to the prosecutor's office, he had been closely involved in human trafficking operations in France
for over twenty years. When questioned by investigators, he barely recognized his mentor, even though he is
the owner and co-owner of the two "transition houses" where the 38 women awaiting their "consecration"
were rescued. Sorin Turc is also allegedly linked to a network of "erotic massage" parlors, where topless
or nude massages are performed by one, two, or three masseuses simultaneously, and prices range from
150 euros to 550 euros per hour. These services, which can be considered prostitution, are offered, with the help
of Romanian intermediaries, under names such as "Ecstatic Joy," "Divine Touch," or "Sublime Ecstasy."
A modus operandi was established in several towns on the French Riviera where Sorin Turc resided,
such as Ivry-sur-Seine, just a stone's throw from Gregorian Bivolaru's residence.

During their searches, police found €208,000 in the Ivry-sur-Seine apartment where he was apprehended,
funds which are believed to have been used to organize these various operations. When questioned by
investigators, Gregorian Bivolaru maintained that he had "never had a bank account" and that he had
no interest in such financial matters. This, however, apparently did not prevent this enormous cult from
operating to his advantage. (source)

It is not known what exactly is contained in the file sent to France by the Czech police, in connection with
the porn video chats there (the "Garden of Miracles" in Prague). A Czech journalist spoke about this (video).
And erotic massage parlors disguised as "tantric temples" are in plain sight on the internet, the connection
to NATHA or ATMAN being as obvious as can be (link).

MISA's defenders have tried awkwardly to justify these sums, citing the very large number of books found
in the guru's apartment (shelves covering the walls, including the bathroom!). In one of the MisaTV shows,
the producer ostentatiously and rhetorically ask the question "who bought these books and when did he have
time to do anything else - meaning dozens of hours of lovemaking every day - since he created so many
courses and conferences?" Of course, this question is countered by the question "where does this money
come from anyway, since Bivolaru has always stated - even in court - that he neither asks for nor receives
money for his activity?” (details, statement in court, Romanian) By the way, who pays the lawyers of those
on trial in France? MISA has stated that it has no connection to what is happening in France.

They also tried to question or create confusion regarding the amount of 208,000 euros found at Bivolaru's
home, bringing up - as if by chance - the "only" 11,000 euros found on him when he was arrested at the end
of February 2016 (details), without, however, trying to justify the origin of this money, considering the
"absolute disinterest" in money claimed by him.

➤ Another fact admitted by Bivolaru is the consumption of urine in the monitored locations. This is also
a fact that the police could not prove through external surveillance, being clearly proven by the urine
containers found during the raids, I quote:
The guru also boasts of being a great believer in urine therapy, or the "elixir of life," a pseudo-scientific method
that supposedly involves drinking one's own urine to heal oneself. He claims, in an academic tone, that at the
time of his arrest by French police, he was preparing a 600-page encyclopedia on the subject. This practice
of amaroli, as it is known in India, has its origins in Sanskrit texts dating back five thousand years, and it is still
sometimes recommended by orthodox Hindus. But for Bivolaru, it borders on obsession. During the raid
on November 28, 2023, police found 38 women being held captive in two houses in the Paris region controlled
by the sect. Each of them had a container of urine assigned for consumption before the "consecration": their
supposedly celestial encounter with the guru. (source)

Amazingly, MISA followers brilliantly confirmed this finding of the French police, when they initiated a fast
of burning the "planetary karma taken over by the spiritual guide", consuming urine, a fact hidden under
the name Amaroli. (announcement).

➤ As a "justification" for all the dubious activities undertaken by him and his acolytes or followers, Bivolaru
presents "God's affirmative response to the prior consecration of the fruits of actions" (source).
In addition to the fact that this alleged divine response cannot be proven in a court of law, the presentation
of this reason represents a ridiculous attempt to shift responsibility for abusive acts to... God, in the context
in which this trial is precisely about undermining or even violating the will and freedom of choice of some people.
The very situation in which Bivolaru ended up, arrested and brought to justice with so much evidence against him,
raises questions about "God's Will and affirmative response". Either "God" didn't know what was coming,
or he did and suggested to Bivolaru to take the actions that brought him to his current situation, so Bivolaru
is arrested and tried... by the will of "God"!

➤ One of the most ridiculous "arguments" in his own defense is brought by Bivolaru when, invoking that
he is "a channel of divine love", he claims that from this position, he could not have committed anything evil:

I am the channel for the divine energy of love. That’s how Gregorian Bivolaru sums himself up.
This channel”, he explains to French investigators, “has always existed.” Hence hisability to transmit
this energy to those who have this open mind.”
Can this instrument of good also be an instrument of evil? ask the agents of the Central Office for the
Repression of Violence Against Persons (OCRVP).I have never chosen, and I will never choose, to do evil,”
Gregorian Bivolaru asserts. But of course, just as Jesus had enemies, I have them too. There isn’t a single
being on this planet who doesn’t have enemies when they are an extraordinary being.” (source)

The above "reasoning" starts from the assumption that he, Bivolaru, is a spiritual leader endowed with extraordinary
gifts" (statement in court), but the problem is that this assumption must be proven, as indeed all statements
made in a court of law. And how could the Extraordinary One do this? So far, as "proof of his value and authenticity
as a spiritual master" he has only brought "thousands of testimonies of aspirants of this spiritual school"
which, however, cannot be taken into account in a trial, because they come from followers who, therefore,
are in an emotional relationship with the one they follow as God, and such a thing is not accepted as evidence
in court. The followers of MISA/ATMAN themselves proved this emotional involvement, when they collected
and sent to the French court "letters of support", an action that suggests an acute lack of arguments in defense
of the accused, as well as a directed, sectarian behavior, because it is hard to believe (especially in a court of law!)
that a large number of people came up with the same idea in the same time! And these statements of support
from followers can in no way counterbalance the accusations from the plaintiffs and prosecutors, because they
were not witnesses to the commission of the incriminated acts and therefore they do not know what they are
talking about, thus further highlighting the organized, insincere nature of this support campaign.

I qoute:
Letters of support for the Spiritual Guide [updated January 9]
We remind you that, at the initiative of a group of colleagues, those who wish to express their support for
our Spiritual Guide can do so through letters of support of a maximum of one page, which will be translated
into French and sent to the team of lawyers in France. In this way, the French authorities can see that
the image created by the few malicious individuals who have made false statements against the yoga teacher
Gregorian Bivolaru does not correspond to the reality known to thousands of people.

Once translated, it is necessary that the letters be sent by mail by each staff member, signed with their full name
(anonymous letters are not accepted) and accompanied by a minimum of identification elements (phone number
and email address), in order to eliminate any suspicion that they are not written by real people. Those who wish
to get involved in this initiative are asked to send an e-mail to ... or call the phone number ... to receive some
necessary clarifications and only then write the respective letter of support.
Since several people have asked this question, we would like to clarify that those who did not personally
know the yoga teacher Gregorian Bivolaru, but had the opportunity to form an opinion about him from the letters
they wrote to him, from the accounts of those who knew him directly, from the conferences he gave, etc., can also
send letters if they wish. In order for this initiative to have an impact, it is necessary to have as many such letters
of support as possible. Thank you in advance. (source)

In a version of this announcement posted a month earlier, it said, and I quote:
After being translated (by the colleagues who took this initiative), the letters need to be sent by mail by each
staff member, signed with their full name. (source)

Uuh, after you write the letters according to OUR specifications and WE will translate them, you will be able
to send the letters signed with your name. And it would be good if even those who don't know Mr. Bivolaru
sent letters of support!!” Don't forget how this announcement starts: ”at the initiative of a group of colleagues”.
Wow!

➤ In addition to the admission statements (accompanied by attempts at justification), Bivolaru also provided
the "explanation" of why he "awakens in his female students the sudden and at the same time unstoppable
desire to make love to him":

What makes you so attractive?” the investigators insist. “Erotic continence in love and the fact that I make
certain women happy.” The graying septuagenarian doesn’t specify what he means by this form of “continence”,
nor how he can be sure that his followers are so “happy.” Whether it’s delusions of persecution or simple
megalomania, the leader of Misa remains adamant: he believes he is performing divine work.
“It’s not me who does good, it’s God who does it through me,” he asserts. “Jesus also has billions of followers,
but there will always be those who say He never existed and insult Him.” (source)

The claim that he makes CERTAIN women happy must be proven in court. We suggest that the video recordings
of the (naked) women's stories immediately after leaving the "initiation" be used, because they have already
reached the public space! The problem is that when you make CERTAIN women happy, it means that you don't
make ALL of them happy, so CERTAIN women remain unhappy, some of whom report you to the police!
Also, the comparison with Jesus should be proven in court (good luck with that)!

Conclusion:
Although it is natural for the defense arguments to question the accusations (the defense having a passive
position in any trial, it being the prosecution's - the active party - to bring evidence of guilt), it is found that
these arguments do not undermine the prosecution's evidence, often bypassing the essence of the issues,
being intended for followers and public opinion rather for the court. Moreover, some of these (too much said)
arguments are actually laments and self-victimizations, which have no value in a court of law but only in the
relationship with followers. The prosecution's evidence remains so solid that Bivolaru was forced to admit
some essential aspects of the accusations, seeking to justify himself, but without success, because his actions
were only for his own interest, affecting the rights of the female students who were brought to him as an offering.

Another important aspect, mentioned previously, is that sometimes the defense arguments are different and
divergent - either there were no sexual acts with the guru, or there were and they were wonderful - seeking
only to raise doubts and provide circumstantial justifications and do not converge towards a single explanation.

  1. “Bivolaru's claim that those women came to him to talk about yoga is obviously false, because ONLY WOMEN were brought to him”
That’s important to know that there’s no one who can give him protection! No lineage, no master above him, nobody! Not even me, who btw I’m in dereliction of duty.
If there were, someone, anyone, would have foreseen that that choice of defense is so poor, taken in the spur of the moment.
The master of the galaxy has fallen in the hands of the police like a cat from the Christmas tree with the wooden cuckoo in his mouth.
Human trafficking has become a life habit for him. It might be a more serious offense than prostitution.
The diagnosis is not made inside his sect, because he would attack and use the person affirming to his own whim. It’s made outside the sect, it’s clearly separated from the vicious visions implanted in the sect.
As for prostitution, he always uses it to defeat the women and their possible acquaintances.
