"A scandal of great proportions shakes the world of magistrates in Romania: S.L., judge at the Bucharest Municipal Court,
is accused of starring in a pornographic film. The film has the title "The Secrets of Seduction" and costs 144 Danish kroner.
The Supreme Council of Magistrates (CSM) do not exclude the involvement of S.L. in the activities of MISA, patronized by guru Gregorian Bivolaru.
According to press agencies, "the judge was filmed in Denmark in a pornographic film, and that tape is sold only on the territory of this state."
Then a bizarre statement, specific to the conspiracy theories spread within MISA:
"The judge resigned from the magistracy, considering herself "innocent".
"Everything is a staging," she said, ”the tape is the creation of the Secret Services and it cost 400,000 euros.
I know the person on the tape, but it's not me in any way," said S.L."
A judge should have brought solid evidence when she asserts such things. How does she know what the Services were and how much tape cost?
But the statement "I know the person on the tape" attracts attention in particular!

The general secretary of the CSM made the first official statements:
"The lady denies that she is the one on the tape and also gave us a first name of a person who would appear on those images.
She claims that she has been practicing yoga for 14 years, since her second year of college, and that she was not part of MISA, she attended classes together with her mother.
She believes that all was staged. She resigned today, which is why the Court of Appeal's inspection has ceased.
She also said that the release of the photos was "an act of revenge due to her religion", referring to yoga as a religion.
A week later, the news was that "Prosecution evidence proves that the judge lived in a building where, during the search by the police,
MISA followers were caught making erotic films that were broadcast on the Internet.
The judge changed her domicile the day before the arrest of Gregorian Bivolaru.
Judge S.L. appeared yesterday smiling at the CSM and, quite unexpectedly, withdrew her resignation made six days ago.
And the CSM accepted immediately. Thus, the judge remained in office.
The permissive position of the CSM is inexplicable, as long as the administered evidence shows that the magistrate lived for three years
in a house where the police caught naked girls in the act, who were filming themselves live on the Internet.
The judge also claimed that she does not have a nevus (mole) at the level of her right armpit, pointing out that it could be a person named "Cristina".
"From report of the inspectors it follows: "she's been practicing yoga for 14 years, but she's not a follower of MISA,
and the stop-frame face doesn't represent her", specifying that: "it could belong to a lawyer Cristina, possibly from the Bucharest Bar".
From the medico-legal certificate and the photographs representing anatomical areas, submitted by S.L., it clearly follows that
the prints taken on the box "Secrets of Seduction" at position 1-3 does not represent S.L., and at position 4-13 there is
an insufficient identification with a determined person, to be achieved through scientific evidence.
The CSM secretary also stated that there is an "anonymous" person who claims to be the person on the tape.
Whether the "anonymous" is the lawyer Cristina M., remains to be seen, since the inspection note shows that she refused to appear." (archive)
In an article at the end of the same month, the journalists describe how they came into possession of the tape (link):
"The reporters of National Journal searched for the tape of the erotic series "Secrets of Seduction" in the country where it is distributed - Denmark.
First, the tape was ordered on the Internet. It was not available. Then a redactor raced to Copenhagen to buy it.
The redactor visited the stores specialized in selling products like the cassette in question.
There are about 14 such stores in Copenhagen. The tape, released by the Cassandra (Karessa) production house, had never been exhibited
in any of these stores, clustered near the train station in the city.
Salespeople at shops that sold erotic products said that the videotapes of the respective production house were circulating
on another circuit and could only be ordered by phone. He followed the advice of the "experts" and came into possession of the recording.
The episode which is claimed to contain the "intervention" of the judge in an "unstatutory" position is about ten minutes long.
What it contains cannot necessarily be called pornography, while the scenes, depicting several women frantically exposing their private parts,
are marked above all by what is usually called autoeroticism.
Leaving aside any timidity, we are able to state that the images that appear to depict S.L. can be characterized as "erotic"
only with a lot of kindness.
The ten minutes of the sequence ends triumphantly with what can be interpreted as a healthy urination, a strictly necessary physiological act
that was not consumed in privacy, but in all the splendor of the set lights, filmed close up, with energy.
The article continues with the identification of some sequences of the clip "Secrets of Seduction" that would have been included
in the "tribute show at Palace Hall" (video), on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of G. Bivolaru, a fragment also contained
in a post from the MISA website (archive):
"About four years ago, at the Palace Hall in Bucharest, around 2002, a scene that make your hair curl.
I saw some of the images on various TV stations, pixelated because genitals were present almost everywhere,
along the length and width of the screen.
The images were filmed, as it were, by an agent of some intelligence service hidden in the ceiling, perched on the scaffolding.
Schepsis: at one point, for about five seconds, the hidden agent "caught" the huge screen behind the naked actors,
where a movie was being projected. Guess what movie it was and who was in it?
The movie was, clearly, "Secrets of Seduction," and the character projected on the wall, at least from the waist up,
bears a striking resemblance to the judge."
The MISA website also says:
"Judge S.L. and the lawyer C.M. she would have been part of the group of naked erotic dancers who paid tribute to Bivolaru on his birthday,
on March 13, 2002, at the show at Palace Hall, being also recognized by several witnesses in the Bivolaru's criminal file.
Endowed with real physical qualities, C.M. was chosen four times "Miss Tantra Yoga", in the summer yoga camps.
As a rule, the Bivolaru guru was personally involved in the selection of the female "finalists", who he would "tantrically" test each one
before proposing them to the "jury".
In summary, it is about a scandal regarding the erotic-pornographic clip "Secrets of Seduction" in which MISA students appear,
marketed in Denmark through a more secluded network, in 2004, a clip which apparently existed in March 2002.
This is how the idea that porn movies and video chats are made at MISA entered the consciousness of public opinion.
For a while, with Bivolaru's flight abroad and his political asylum in Sweden, things seemed to fall into oblivion.
But towards the end of 2007, it emerged on anti-MISA forums that NATHA (the Danish branch of MISA) was selling pornographic films
featuring students, instructors and even leaders within the Movement.
First, a user on the ExMISA forum noticed (see here in the ExMISA archive) that on the NATHA page there was a banner
advertising and referring to an online shop, KUBERA butik Tantric shopping (see archive).
(Obviously, these pages no longer work, so viewing the Internet Archive is required).
A click on this banner redirects to the first page of Kubera Shop (archive).
A click on the left on PRODUKTER, on TANTRA and then on TANTRISKE FILMS, led to FILMS (archive),
where could be seen for sale the films Giant Tantra Box, Seksuelle Hemmeligheder / Sexual Secrets (the Magic Passage), Exaltation of P
and... The Secrets of Seduction (costing 149.95 danish krones photo).
About the movie set Giant Tantra Box (see cover) was speaking the MISA instructor M. Frâncu in her email to the Internaional Yoga Federation,
following which MISA was expelled from all international yoga federations because they were ”only a vulgar sex businessmans
using the names of "Tantra Yoga" and the "International Yoga Federation" as an attractive cover for their controversial business activities (archive)
and ”they are not busy with Yoga in whatever form, that they even use Yoga as a cover for illegal practices, that they show an unheard lack
In her email, the former MISA instructor showed that:
Regarding the “tantric educational movies”, I would like to specify that I have purchased the Giant Tantra Sex Box in November last year,
and this is still available on the market, as you can verify for yourselves by clicking the links...
This box includes four movies, and I have recognised colleagues of mine and yoga teachers from the M.I.S.A school in all of them,
one of them being Mr. M. St. who did not use his real name, but the name of Paul Diamond. However, he can be very easily recognised.
Two of these movies: Erotic Secrets and Secrets of Seduction, include video-clips that where filmed either during the yoga camps
or at some special shakti groups, and they were shown in the school on different occasions to a large number of people.
The movie Exaltation of P was filmed during the summer yoga camp, and the girls were participants in the Miss Shakti Contest.
They were told it was a secret test of this competition and that the only person to watch them was Mr. G. Bivolaru, the leader of the school.”
So, the page of the Danish branch of MISA - NATHA - leads to the KUBERA shop, where they sold porn films in which they starred
including NATHA leader and his wife!
Following the scandal resulting in the exclusion of MISA and NATHA from all international yoga federations, as well as media coverage,
MISA's denials and justifications begin.
Thus, in the article "The maneuvers of MISA's detractors have come to light again” (archive), it is said that the Erotic Art company
produced together with the "Sophrozin artistic studio" three erotic films, as part of a project aimed at promoting spiritualizing sexual continence
and the transfiguring eros, films in which all the people involved participated knowingly, on the basis of a contract.
The NATHA leader negotiated with a Danish distributor to market the films.
MISA claims that during the searches of March 2004, materials of a strictly personal and intimate nature that were not intended
for the public were confiscated from the Sophrozin headquarters and other locations of the Movement.
Some of those video materials made for private purposes would have been mixed and sold, by an unidentified person, to the one who had distributed the films, as from the Erotic Art company, for public sale.
Thus, some people found themselves, unknowingly and unwittingly, appearing in erotic films marketed in the West.
The films would have been posted on the Internet, which became accessible in Romania, in order to then throw the blame on MISA and the organization be accused of exploiting its students for financial purposes.
Note the contradiction between the passage "films that promote sexual continence, in which all the people involved participated
in full knowledge of the case, based on the contract", on the one hand, and the passage "materials of a strictly personal and intimate nature,
which were not intended for the public", on the other hand, which shows an obvious lie.
The bet could not be missing.
MISA bet 1 million euros with those who think they can prove that MISA took any money from the films.
MISA boasts that it shut the mouths of the detractors, who, knowing they were lying, did not have the courage to bet.
Where did MISA get one million euros? Or if MISA didn't get, then it was a frivolous bet, a bluff.
The finale is apotheotical, when MISA, taken by its own wave, declares that this scenario set up by the secret services,
no matter how improbable it seems, is the true one, because the alternative is impossible.
The following are the transcript of so-called discussions with the Danish distributor (the original audio files in English no longer exist,
only their transcription in Romanian), which is posted in two parts (part 1 and part 2) and which want to prove that MISA's pornographic films
were created from the "private" videotapes seized by the prosecutors who carried out the raids in March 2004 and which
would then have been put on sale instead of MISA's "original, transformative films", in order to destroy the image of the school.
But there is no point in going after the scammer and wasting your time reading all those justifications, because they are a fake,
a HUGE LIE, as will be seen below.
As can be seen here, the archived page with the films sold through the online shop is dated October 18, 2007,
but the audio file with the "revealing discussions" released by MISA dates from October 24, 2007, after almost a week (archive).
In other words, "without MISA's knowledge, the prosecutors were already selling porn tapes mixed by them" directly through the KUBERA shop
recommended by NATHA (the Danish branch of MISA) at least a week before the recording of the talks!!!
Moreover, not only does NATHA recommend KUBERA butik tantriske shopping, but KUBERA also recommends NATHA Yoga Center!
Thus, on the archived page KUBERA (link), a click on PRODUKTER --> YOGA (link) and then on KURSER, led here, where it can be seen
both the link to the Natha Yoga Center courses and the link where it can be paid for the NATHA course (950 crowns, about 125 Euros)!

So that there is no doubt that the KUBERA shop was used by NATHA as its own online store, at this address (archive),
a NATHA Yoga Center instructor presents her "professional experience" and declares that
”this assignment is based first of all on personal experience from being a member and student in Natha Yogacenter since May 2000.
I have been doing karma yoga (voluntary work) since 2003, where I took over the leadership of Kubera, the shop that is placed
in Natha Yogacenter. Worked in the shop for 2 1/2 years.”

More so, as can be seen in this list of some MISA porn movies (link), the movie Seksuelle Hemmeligheder / Sexual Secrets
(the Magic Passage), starring the leader of NATHA and his wife, it was produced 3 years before the raids of the prosecutors in 2004!
On this page (see archive) it can be seen how vast the MISA porn film distribution network was.
Thus, the MISA lie is revealed in its true dimension.
Also, the production network of these films has also come to light, which gravitates around the "Sophrozin artistic studio" and its leader,
the so-called Bella Maestrina (presentation), now called Aghora Vidya (link).
The film The Magic Passage, featuring leader Natha and his wife (under the names Paul Diamond and Claire Diamond respectively),
was made by Bella Maestrinna (see here, being produced in Romania by the company Erotic Art Studio (previously mentioned)
since 2001 (see here).

It is obvious that only someone in the school administration, who knew the context in which the films were made, could provide
these introductory comments.
In the archive of the Barcelona Erotic Festival FICEB 2003 (link), in the award category for Best Director, Bella Maestrina also appears
with the film Xtasy Water (cover), which is produced - as it can be seen - also in 2001.
In fact, some films contain an appendix entitled "The Making Of", in which both the producer and director Bella Maestrina, as well as the actors,
including the leader of NATHA together with his wife, describe the impressions during the filming that they witnessed / participated in.
Finally, a film directed in Argentina by Bella Maestrina (now Aghora Vidya) is presented at the time 32min:53sec of this video.
Coming back, the NATHA leader - deeply involved in the business - gave it an embarrassing blow with those so-called recordings.
That's why, in a program of the Romanian National Television from the first days of February 2011 (see excerpt here),
MISA spokeswomen half-heartedly admitted that these films were made within the Movement.
The "help of the prosecutors" was no longer invoked:
Reporter: There are three films... maybe more...
MISA spokeswoman M.D.: Four!
Rep: Four films of what is called erotic, erotic film, right?
M.D.: Yes!
Rep: The charge is clearly pornography, both in the indictments of the prosecutors and in the public opinion, that's why I ask
what is the difference between eroticism and pornography.
M.D.: I'm interested in discussing much more serious issues!
Reporter: Why are these movies needed?
MISA spokeswoman C.C.: What movies?
Rep: I saw three movies, let's call them erotic...
C.C.: Yes, so these films were made and the subject was discussed and re-discussed and taken out of context and given too much importance,
in my opinion, that is, if we are to talk about the activity of MISA and frame it from a top view, these three films do not represent
so much as they have been needlessly discussed.
These movies were made and they were made because this idea of sexual continence was promoted, and if you've seen them,
you've probably seen that they have something different from other movies.

Bottom line, after they were caught making porn movies, after they blamed prosecutors, even though the movies were produced
and sold - including through their own network - before the prosecutors' raids, MISA representatives were finally forced to admit the truth.
These are the stages of "truth" at MISA: vehement denial, justification, and sometimes admitting the lie.
With one exception: The Great Guide!
As a result of this TV broadcast, at the end of the same month - February 2011 - a message came from the Guide himself,
a message that at first sight was related to a new cataclysm announced by him, but which gave a nudge to the two spokeswomen of MISA
and the journalist who participated in that show of confessions on TVR1:
"Urgent message from Grieg” (February 26, 2011) (archive):
"Can we hope that Mr. journalist, who never stops writing about erotic films (which in reality were never made within MISA),
will objectively write about the Planetary Program of Urgent Action NO APOCALYPSE ?”

This is ”the Accomplished Grand Master, the spirit of Truth”: he will deny to the end, shamelessly lying to all!
He will never admit to the crap he has initiated or done and will run away from the truth, urging his followers to follow him and do the same:
”It is important to realize that in the case of the bitter enemies of this esoteric spiritual school, they are in reality being manipulated
by various categories of devils.
That is why, when you encounter such fallen human beings who have sunk into demonic states, avoid them and flee from them immediately,
just as the devil flees from incense.
Please also, when you have the opportunity to find out, no matter where, the existence of statements that carry obvious enmity,
