Synthesis: Bivolaru has already signed his condemnation, but MISA pretends not to see



For the situation he has found himself in, being accused of serious acts of sexual abuse, trafficking and exploitation of his students,

Bivolaru blames a political plot 🔗. ATMAN Federation accuses a "witch hunt" and an attack against spirituality 🔗, just like MISA

which, in turn, supports the political conspiracy thesis and the attack on spirituality 🔗 but, in addition, it points the finger at

the media and the victims 🔗. MISA supporters in the "academic" area continue to point the finger at the authorities and anti-cult

organizations in France 🔗 🔗, who allegedly ”influenced former female students ("apostates") to make false accusations”.

For these reasons, this post aims to do the following exercise: to conduct a "trial" from a neutral position or even starting

from Bivolaru's statements given before the court or the French press, from the statements of MISA and its defenders,

as well as from information from the investigation obtained by French journalists.

Thus, the accusations made by the victims through the media (newspapers and podcasts) - which MISA/ATMAN claims

are malicious inventions that are part of a plot against them - will be left aside, and we will see what results!

                                                                 ***   Bivolaru's statements   ***

On December 1, 2023, brought before the French court with a proposal for preventive arrest, Bivolaru declared that

”after passing the stage of "consecration", women "loved him" at his home.” 🔗 To this statement made by Bivolaru before the

French court, is added the one made to a reporter from the newspaper Libération, I quote:

”They came to talk about yoga, and for some the desire to make love arose, and so we made love. Obviously, when the love

was mutual.”, he assures.” (link)

In the case of such accusations involving kidnapping, sexual abuse and rape, the natural defense strategy is to deny that

the accused met with the alleged victims. Without a personal, direct meeting, the aforementioned accusations cannot exist.

But although Bivolaru was hiding in a secret location in the Paris area, he admitted in court that he met with the women from

the course. Why did he do this, thus losing his best chance for defense - denial, perhaps his only chance? Because, according to

information from the investigation, the location where he was hiding was monitored by police officers who recorded that, I quote, 

”In the 13 months leading up to the arrests, agents estimated that as many as 5 to 10 women were "assigned" to him each week.” 🔗

However, personal meetings do not automatically mean sexual contact, so there was something else that forced Bivolaru to admit

such contacts, because they could not be observed from the outside. The evidence was provided by the guru's acolytes themselves,

obviously with his consent when, trying to combat accusations of sexual abuse coming from a female student of TARA Yoga in the UK,

they broadcast to her colleagues the recording of the laudatory statement that was requested of her after her sexual "initiation", in which

she recounted her impressions. The statement was secretly recorded by someone present at that meeting and reached BBC Radio

and the investigators, being the evidence provided by Bivolaru's acolytes themselves that the sexual act with that student did indeed

take place. Being material evidence independent of the victim, it meets the conditions imposed by the present analysis.

Only such overwhelming evidence could force Bivolaru to admit that female students were brought to his secret residence and that

he had sexual contact with some of them, which is devastating for his legal situation.

But from the seemingly brief information presented so far, other solid conclusions emerge:

➢ ONLY WOMEN from the course were brought to Bivolaru, not men, a fact noted by the police officers who were supervising

the locations, but also admitted by Bivolaru himself. His justification regarding the maintenance of sexual acts is ridiculous:

"they came to talk about yoga, and for some the desire to make love arose, and so we made love."

It would turn out that at MISA/ATMAN only women are interested in talking about yoga, which is unbelievable!

➢ since only women were told ”they could talk about yoga”, it follows that they were intentionally selected.

In addition, the French press noted that no women from France were involved in the case. And the MISA organization, together

with its NGO supporters, declared that “victims of the abusive raids by the French authorities were Romanian yoga practitioners

who were on spiritual retreats, combining business with pleasure” 🔗, without being able to explain why these retreats were

held precisely in France, in the country where Bivolaru was hiding, when they could have been organized anywhere else!

Also, the fact that such retreats existed in France was known only to certain people at the courses in Romania, but was unknown

to the vast majority of the students.

➢ the female students could not contact Bivolaru directly because, since he was in hiding, wanted by the police, he did not have

a web address or a phone number where he could be contacted. The only thing that all the students knew was that they could write

to the guru on various topics. The written messages were handed over to the instructors, who handed them over to specially

designated people, who then sent them to Bivolaru through channels known only to them. Bivolaru responded to some of the

messages, sometimes publicly, through recorded conferences broadcast on MisaTV, such as those entitled "Morals and Bad Habits",

which are thus proof of communication between people in MISA/ATMAN and the internationally wanted Bivolaru. 

In one of his conferences, Bivolaru firmly maintained that it was out of the question that these messages could be intercepted, stopped

or modified by any of the intermediaries or by those in the organization's leadership (audio 🔗).

Therefore, Bivolaru was the only one who selected the messages and who responded. Since only women came to him to talk

about yoga, it follows that he alone is responsible for selecting and inviting women.

➢ the female students could not reach Bivolaru on their own initiative because, given that he was hiding from the police,

they had no way of knowing his secret location, especially since Bivolaru had publicly and falsely denied that he had left Sweden 🔗 🔗.

Therefore, they were brought to Bivolaru's home through a clandestine system, about which he was interviewed by

the journalist from Libération:

The victims often arrived in Paris by plane from NATHA, the sect's Danish branch, and by car from Romania or other Eastern

European countries. The Romanian acolytes then confiscated their IDs and phones, blindfolded them, before placing them

in cars with tinted windows and forcibly driving them to one of the sect's many lodgings.

"Why so many constraints on the devoted followers?" the investigators ask: "I was threatened with death", Bivolaru claims.

"They could have given my address to someone who wanted to kill me", he tries to defend himself. 🔗

This clandestine system, admitted by Bivolaru under pressure from concrete evidence gathered by the police, is a form

of human trafficking and kidnapping, with course instructors being complicit!

Bivolaru did not explain why he was in France, since he had the protection of the Swedish state.

Bivolaru: ”After they passed the initiation stage, the women made love to him at his home. They came to talk about yoga,

and for some the desire to make love arose, and so we made love. Obviously, when the love was mutual.”

Bivolaru seeks to blame his female students who, he says, developed intense sexual desires in front of their " young master". 

But, although he passes the responsibility onto his female students, at the same time he also seems to be the cause of the sudden

triggering of their instincts, as Bivolaru boasts to the reporter that he is the "channel of divine love" 🔗 and emanates a magnetic fluid 🔗.

The irony is that, although Bivolaru himself selected and invited the female students who were brought to him, he still

suspects them of being able to betray him, a fact that also contradicts the "affirmative response to consecration coming

from "God", who is Omniscient and sees everything that is about to happen. Moreover, Bivolaru does not suspect them of being

able to report him to the police, from whom he is hiding, but suspects them from the start of the greatest possible betrayal

- to "those who want to kill him" - so that he does not appear before the court as a criminal hiding from justice, but rather appears

as a martyr trying to avoid some imaginary assassins. But if it were true that the Illuminati murderers wanted to kill him, they would

have had no difficulty finding him, since it was so easy for some French policemen to do this and to monitor him for over a year!

On the other hand, the involvement of “God” through the “affirmative response to consecration” suggests that the final decision

did not belong to the female students, but rather to “the will of God.” However, the insinuation that the final decision did not

belong to the female students, who submitted to “the will of God,” weakens his defense and strengthens the accusation

from the victims that the sexual acts were not of their own volition. Moreover, all of this is confirmed and, at the same time,

aggravated by the fact that Bivolaru selected only women to be brought to his home, as if only the women from MISA were

interested in “talking about yoga.” So Bivolaru blames the sexual acts on the female students and "God" but, at the same time,

he declares that the accusations against him are part of a political plot, perpetrated by occult forces, which denotes that he

invents justifications without providing evidence 🔗.

So far, from the evidence administered by the investigators and even from the defendant's statements, it is clear that the acts of

human trafficking were committed (selection, recruitment, clandestine system of bringing proven through surveillance and

admitted by Bivolaru, with an attempt at justification), abuse of weakness in an organized form by members of a sect

(indoctrination and collective pressure by mandatory presentation to the students who were to be sexually "initiated" of video

recordings with laudatory accounts of those who had already been to the "initiation", which became evidence in the case file),

seizure of persons (withholding identity documents, cards and phones, acts admitted by Bivolaru, who tried to give them

a ridiculous justification). Also, sexual exploitation (sexploitation) could be easily proven by watching and capturing the students'

webcam performances. Czech police conducted an investigation and sent evidence to French courts. The raid uncovered over

200,000 euros 🔗, and when Bivolaru was arrested in 2016, he had 11,000 euros on him 🔗, whose origin is not known from

the information available, given that Bivolaru has always declared, both before the French court and before the Romanian courts,

that ”he has never had a bank account and is disinterested in financial matters” 🔗, that he does not request or receive any benefits

from his courses and books 🔗, but never being able to explain how he manages to make a living, especially living for over

a decade near Paris!

The enumeration of the "extraordinary gifts" with which the great spiritual leader, self-proclaimed "channel of divine love

and irresistible magnet", the comparison with Jesus and His passions, does not help him at all but, on the contrary, creates

the image of an egomaniac individual, who manifests a messianic complex, who does not tolerate contradiction or different

opinions. The fact that he boasts about his sexual performances does not help him at all, I quote:

"What makes you so attractive?" the investigators ask him. "Amorous erotic continence and that I make certain women happy." 🔗

Only certain women, so not all of them! And the recognition of his "passion" for drinking urine is devastating for his image

in court, I quote:

The guru also boasts that he is a big fan of urine therapy or the "elixir of life" and assures that at the time of his arrest by

the French police, he was preparing a 600-page encyclopedia on the subject. This practice [...] is an obsession for Bivolaru.

During the raid on November 28, 2023, the police found 38 women seized in two pavilions in the Paris region, controlled by

the sect. Each of them had a vessel with urine allocated for consumption before the "consecration": their supposedly heavenly

meeting with the guru. 🔗

The only accusation of the victims that does not result from Bivolaru's statements or from the evidence collected by the police and

revealed in the media is that of rape, in the sense that the victims did not clearly refuse the sexual act and were not forced to have

sexual intercourse. Moreover, some of them stated that they returned, even several times, to the sexual "initiation" with the guru,

sometimes at intervals of several months. It remains to be seen what will become of this accusation at trial.

Therefore, as this brief summary shows, Bivolaru's guilt regarding the charges he faces is evident from his own statements, as well

as from the fact that he was forced to admit some facts, pressured by the evidence in the case file.

This explains the fact that he has been held in pretrial detention for almost a year and a half, while other defendants have already

been released under judicial control. It should not be forgotten that Finland is investigating the guru for similar charges and that

by May, the Georgian court must rule on France's request for the Stoian couple's extradition 🔗, which seems to be what the French

justice system is now waiting for. Time will eventually reveal the truth, and that time is not far off!

It is a good opportunity to also synthesize the positions of MISA&Co, to be put in parallel with those of the organization's guru.

Unlike Bivolaru's statements who, faced with overwhelming evidence, was forced to admit most of the facts reported by his victims,

but gave them a different interpretation, MISA and its NGO friends have stuck to an attitude of denial, lying and diverting attention

from the essential aspects.

Practically, from the official positions expressed by MISA, you can hardly realize the facts of which the guru is accused, which

can only be found from the quotes that the MISA Press Office or the MisaTV channel take from the international media

(press articles and podcasts), quotes that they at the same time criticize and even often take out of context.

As for the accusation that female students were brought to Bivolaru for "sexual initiation", NGO-ists friends of MISA/ATMAN 

consider it to be unbelievable, being an invention of the alleged victims who were incited to do so by anti-cult organizations,

to which they are in opposing positions. Thus, without having evidence but only assumptions, M. Introvigne declares, I quote:

They contacted non-French women who were telling the cloak-and-dagger story of how they were brainwashed in their countries

where they attended MISA courses, invited to go to Paris, received and blindfolded by drivers in Paris, and taken to locations

in France where they were compelled to have sex with Bivolaru. While readers of French media are led to believe that this was 

he result of a Sherlock-Holmes-like work by GéPS, these stories had been known for years. The late Swedish scholar Liselotte

Frisk encountered them - and found them hard to believe - when she investigated the Finnish case in 2018. 

Some of the women who told these stories spread them through the Internet, wrote books, and were involved in civil cases

with Bivolaru’s organization. [...] Clearly, the French and other police officers as well had read the sensational accounts of

the women who claimed they had been “brainwashed” and taken to France to be abused. The raids of November 2023 have

a flavor of intelligence services all over them. (archive)

Perhaps during the upcoming trial, the evidence collected during the surveillance will be publicly exposed, showing the female

students being brought like sheep to the wolf, exactly as described in the "spy stories", and then let's see what those who,

despite Bivolaru's admission, deny everything from the start, even though they have never been to the MISA catacombs, will say.

But unlike the protective friends from NGOs, who have not been to MISA and who allow themselves to dismiss these reports as

"spy stories, hard to believe", those from MISA, who have actually witnessed these "stories" or even acted in the "play", cannot

erase their memories and cannot afford to simply deny them publicly, and then they mock them ("oh, tantric initiations, how awful!"):

... The story of self-proclaimed "victims" who participated in yoga classes organized within the ATMAN Federation and later

"discovered", "in retrospect", that they had been involved "in a network of manipulation and abuse of power", that they

had even faced "psychological terror", and in the end, oh my, they had a "tantric initiation" (as if they had caught some

In rare situations, those at MISA even admit with great difficulty that something happened, especially since the guru admitted

in court, obviously forced by overwhelming evidence, that "women loved him at home":

They all also talk about certain erotic experiences that they had access to, according to their own choice, and which they

later came to consider traumatic experiences. The person named Eva had a story about an experience in 2007 and the fact

that she later decided to give up the spiritual path. She is neither the first nor the last to give up. 

Spiritual tests are not inventions for journalists to mock. Eva admits that her experience was voluntary, and when she asked

to go home she was elegantly driven to the train station. But her perception changed after a few years, when she talked

– no surprise here – with an anti-cult activist who explained to her that objective facts do not matter, in reality she was

the victim of a cult, brainwashed, abused and trafficked. Maybe the activist would have convinced her to file a complaint,

luckily the German justice system, rational and rigorous, considers - rightly - that if you have made a decision freely,

as an adult and with discernment, you can no longer rely on "hindsight" and subsequent interpretations.

So MISA admits that the "sexual initiations" took place (because the guru admitted it, and they can't contradict the one they follow!),

but they claim that the "alleged victims were convinced by anti-cult activists", although MISA&Co also rejects the fact that the

brainwashing is real. In addition, because the guru admitted "that women loved him at home", but declared that it was

"God's will" (with an affirmative response to consecration), MISA has held a whole theory of consecration to both journalists

from Le Monde (archived, Romanian) and podcast's creators ”Toxic Tantra” (archived) and BBC's ”The Bad Guru”

(MisaTV's "response" to the BBC, part 2 and part 4).

To counterbalance the guru's admission of some of the facts, as presented in the first part of this analysis, MISA&Co take an attitude

of self-victimization (the French authorities are said to be the ones who committed abuses, as part of an occult plot that Bivolaru

also invoked before the court 🔗), and insist on the fact that none of the women detained during the raids wanted to file a complaint

against Bivolaru, as if the complaints from some women were nullified by the lack of complaints from others!

Conclusion: Bivolaru's and MISA's statements finally meet where they belong, in the realm of lies: something happened indeed,

but it was something else than what the victims say: "they say in retrospect that they were hurt, but in fact they were fine!"
