Bivolaru's prosecution is not because of his teachings, nor his ideas, nor even the alleged "war of Freemasonry
against him", as the investigation only began when former female students filed complaints against him of sexual
abuse and exploitation. He is accused of human trafficking and sexual abuse through manipulation and coercion
(abuse of weakness). These facts, together with the evidence obtained by the investigators, who placed him in
pre-trial detention and have kept him there for over two years, revolve mainly around the "sexual initiations
offered by the spiritual guide", as well as the porn video chats, tantric temples and hedonistic resorts" created
at the "inspiration" and with the knowledge of the same guide and his acolytes. The "activities" listed are carried out
to achieve the two purposes for which the "guide" founded and supports MISA and the related courses, namely
the satisfaction of his sexual desires and his pride, respectively the money indispensable to support all these
activities, including the maintenance of the related "staff" (acolytes, accomplices and propagandist activists).
Both types of activities are “justified” by the “need to perform spiritual practices indispensable to the spiritual
evolution of the students” (especially women): the money-making activities are disguised as karma yoga
(transcendence of the ego through selfless work for the benefit of the school), while the "sexual initiations
offered by the spiritual guide" are presented as an ”immense and rare grace, absolutely necessary for the spiritual
leap and success on the tantric path of the young female students and then of their lovers whom they initiate."
It is precisely this “need for sexual initiation with the spiritual guide” that becomes suspect upon closer analysis.
In connection with this issue, several questions naturally arise:
➤ Is sexual initiation with the guru indispensable for female students on the tantric path?
If such an initiation were indispensable, then this fact should have been stated both in the tantric tradition
and in the teachings taught by the guru, therefore the necessity of such an initiation would have been made
explicit to all female students and there would have been a way for all of them to have access to such an initiation.
In addition, it would have been pointed out that the lack of such an initiation would mean the loss of opportunities
for spiritual evolution, or at least the advantages that sexual initiation with the guru would bring would have been
insisted on. In reality, the situation is as follows:
- in the tantric tradition there is no stipulation of the indispensability of sexual initiation with the guru, and there is
no way that such a thing can exist, because it is clearly stated and insistently emphasized that the basis of tantric
amorous fusions is primarily endless love (which includes sexual attraction) and transfiguration, accompanied
by the aspiration towards the divine. As for a possible advantage of initiation by the guru, of course this idea arises,
because the guru is the most experienced and most endowed with spiritual abilities, but even in this case one
cannot get over the condition of physical attraction and love because, without these, there can be no amorous
fusion, but only sex and sexual abuse.
- there are female students who have not had such sexual initiations with the guru or with the "advanced"
instructors, because they were not invited, and some did not even know about the existence of such an initiation
(there are even invited to the sexual initiation, who did not know in advance what was coming!)
Of course there must be an initiation; for everyone there is a "first time", but this is experienced together
with the beloved, even for those who do not follow the tantric path. In this sense, if a female student TRULY
feels a physical attraction and a deep love for her guru, which gives rise in her soul to an intense aspiration
to be sexually initiated by him, then the physical and moral conditions for a loving fusion for the purpose
of initiation, and even for a long-term relationship, are fully met. The problem that arises in MISA/ATMAN,
as in any tantric sect, is HOW TRUE ARE the attraction, love and aspiration towards a loving relationship,
considering the intense process of indoctrination or the collective pressure from the other members of the group.
Then how does "sexual initiation" occur in the case of male students who, by the very nature of the situation,
cannot have sexual initiation with the guru? In their case, it would be necessary to have female initiators.
At MISA/ATMAN, the idea is circulated that male students are initiated by their girlfriends, the ideal case
being that these girlfriends themselves were previously initiated by the guru Bivolaru. But it is obvious that
not all men have this "ideal" possibility and in addition, as has been shown, there is the mandatory condition
that tantric love fusions be based on physical attraction accompanied by endless love, which further restricts
the possibility for a male student to have a lover initiated by the guru "at their disposal". Therefore, in the case
of most men and women not initiated by the guru, sexual initiation is achieved through love fusion with their lovers,
so sexual initiation with the guru is not indispensable. In addition, considering sexual initiation with the guru
as an immense and irreplaceable grace would lead to the consequence that the rest of the students - especially men -
are very disadvantaged on their spiritual path, which would lead to their discrimination, separation and marginalization,
that is, to an undermining of the idea of spiritual brotherhood and implicitly of a spiritual group.
And the discrimination is created by the guru himself, who is sure to select the female students invited to sexual
initiation with him, because not all women at the ATMAN courses have received such an invitation or found out
about it. If we start from the idea that sexual initiation with the guru is an unparalleled grace that cannot be replaced
by anything else, then all female students who aspire to it and who feel endless love for the guru and transfigure
him as an embodiment of the Supreme Masculine Principle (Shiva) should have the opportunity to "apply"
for sexual initiation with the guru. But for this, EVERYONE should know that such a possibility exists, which
implies the existence of a way of communication with the guru, to request his initiation. But such a way of
communication available to everyone does not exist; on the contrary, the guru avoids revealing to anyone
both his location and an electronic contact address, because he is hiding from "enemies". Therefore, the women
who were brought to him had their eyes covered, because he "had been threatened with death and it was possible
that they would give the address to someone who wanted to kill him" (source), so great was the guru's trust
in his "chosen" women... And because it comes to trust, all those who arrived in France to the guru had to swear
that they would not reveal to anyone that they were going to visit him, nor the place or time of the trip, and
after the meeting they were only allowed to talk to those who had already been to the "initiation".
Therefore, it is certain that the "unique chance" of initiation with the guru could not be known to any female
student, therefore the initiative of going to the guru for sexual initiation could not belong to them, but only
to the guru, contrary to the statement he gave to the investigators.
Moreover, some women stated that they had not requested any meeting with the guru, much less a sexual one,
and some of them even claimed that they did not know the guru or did not even know that a guru existed!
It is clear that the selection of women to be brought to him was made only at Bivolaru's initiative and only
by him, without the women's knowledge, which was possible only on the basis of photos in a swimsuit (or nude,
in some cases) requested of the students at various activities under the pretext of checking their physical and
mental health. This disregards the absolutely mandatory conditions of physical attraction, love and consecration,
preceding any tantric sexual act. Also, all this contradicts the statement made to the investigators by Bivolaru,
according to which the women "came to talk about yoga, and for some the desire to make love arose and so they
made love, when the love was mutual" (source), as if at MISA only women are interested in personally discussing
yoga with the guru. In conclusion, sexual initiation with the guru is not indispensable in Tantra, the practical
Tantra courses inviting already established couples, as even the new Tantra course at MISA does, I quote:
Tantric Retreat for Couples: SPECIAL INITIATION IN TANTRIC LOVE POSITIONS TO AMPLIFY LOVE,
POLARITY AND EROTIC ECSTASY. IMPORTANT: This special initiation into tantric love positions will be
offered to couples during this retreat in a theoretical, explanatory form along with the presentation of its
But at MISA, this prerequisite of physical attraction accompanied by love was not respected everywhere,
with investigations by undercover journalists 🔗 and evidence 🔗 that at some Tantra retreats couples were
formed randomly, by lottery, but even when couples were formed through affinity expressed on the spot,
this left out people who were forced to form couples based on "availability", violating the basic rule of tantric love.
On the other hand, although initiation by the guru is not indispensable, proof that not all MISA/ATMAN
female students have it, and can even theoretically be carried out by instructors and implemented in couples,
this idea is contradicted by the teachings of the school's founder, Bivolaru, who writes, and I quote:

It is essential to never lose sight of the fact that only a human being who has sufficiently deepened, through
careful, systematic, enthusiastic and persevering practice, a certain spiritual initiation is then able to initiate
other human beings precisely because of her profound inner transformation that will make her capable of
transmitting at the right time that initiation that she herself has previously deepened (enough!). (source)
So it is not good for the initiation to be done by "non-initiates", but only by someone who "has previously
deepened it sufficiently", that is, a spiritual master, such as Bivolaru for example! So what should female
students who have not had initiation from the Great Perfect Initiate do? What should male students who do not
have "initiated" girlfriends do? This is how, under the onslaught of teachings that clash head-on, the mind
of the students becomes a punching bag hit from opposite sides and how the idea of the "absolute necessity"
(I quote, only) of initiation by the guru is subtly induced!
The word “initiation” generally means the transmission of a spiritual power (or in other words, psychically)
to a person. This transmission occurs through the intermediary of a real Master who belongs to a certain
traditional community or spiritual linage. [...] Initiation always involves the transmission of an energy, vibration,
or impulse of spiritual force. We cannot speak about initiation as a simple theoretical instruction, regardless
of how learned Western academia can be. The sacred words may be learned by a pundit or a scholar as it
can be discovered in ancient texts. However the transforming energy, the capability to ”revive” it, may only
Bivolaru-style conclusion: initiation by the guru is not indispensable, but can only be done by the guru...
➤ Is sexual contact indispensable within tantric initiation in general?
Guru Bivolaru himself gives the answer to this question, when he boasts to the investigators:
"I am the channel of the divine energy of love. This channel has always existed, hence the ability to transmit
this energy to those who have this spiritual openness. People ask me to demonstrate to them the state of joy or
happiness or other emotions. There are hundreds of Godly attributes that I can amplify. It is like a radio.
Yoga practitioners are capable of such demonstrations." (source)
Thus, Bivolaru claims that he can "demonstrate and amplify" hundreds of Godly attributes, including that of
Pure Eros (which does not involve sexual contact and physiological manifestations of the sexual impulse,
which is why it is specifically called Pure), therefore, according to him, sexual initiation of female students
is not necessary. In addition, he boasts of his unique ability to transmit these states at a distance (bodhaka master),
and even the remote induction of special spiritual achievements or subtle initiations (shaktipata), therefore
the physical presence of female students at an initiation, even sexual, would not be necessary!

For each of the participants, depending on their affinities and the degree of spiritual openness they have reached,

the respective meditation individually, as one would say "on their own". However, when they participate in a spiritual
exemplification supported by the yoga teacher Gregorian Bivolaru, in unison (i.e. exactly within the specified

of the respective state. Moreover, in a situation where the state was normally inaccessible or unknown to someone
who has never experienced it before, it becomes possible to experience it, in his inner universe, in a direct way.
A gift offered by God through the Spiritual Guide
This true spiritual performance, to paranormally transfer into the inner universe of the aspirants their own
spiritual realization and experience, is characteristic only of the spiritual guides of the bodhaka type.
This term comes from the Sanskrit word "bodha" which translates as consciousness, awareness, essential
knowledge and is the name given, in the yogic and tantric tradition, to the highest, most advanced category
of spiritual guides. The fact that the spiritual mentor of our yoga school is a spiritual guide of this category
has been confirmed over the years by the testimonies of thousands of participants in this type of spiritual
exemplifications. At present, spiritual masters with this gift are extremely rare and as far as we know,
MISA is the only yoga school in the world where this type of exemplifications are done frequently.
Our yoga teacher and spiritual guide, Gregorian Bivolaru, has always stated, with great humility and modesty,
that he manages to do this with the immense help that comes to him from God the Father and that without
this help it would be impossible to achieve the telepathic impulse of hundreds or even thousands of people.
Each of these spiritual exemplifications is therefore an invaluable gift that God offers us, through our spiritual
guide, who is in that context the “divine channel” through which this spiritual “gift” reaches us. (source)
This exceptional spiritual capacity through which Bodhaka spiritual guides mediate direct spiritual knowledge
for sincere and open aspirants is called in the Kashmir Shaivism tradition the "direct transfer of Godly Power"
(shaktipata) and is described as a mysterious and holy communion "from heart to heart". (source)
After all, he claims to exemplify subtle states and energies, including those of a sexual nature, even to his male
students! At the other initiations, Bivolaru is not even physically present. The initiation or implementation
of Laya Yoga mantras (aspects that are much more subtle than sexual energies) is done through instructors,
and the initiation into Tattvas (Svara Yoga) is done remotely, requiring only physical presence at the appointed
time in an appointed classroom and listening to a certain musical background, without Bivolaru being present!
Not to mention the induction and hiatus spirals or the exemplification of the attribute of the Ultimate Godly Truth,
in which the student listens, when he chooses to practice this individually, to a CD received under oath.
So far, it turns out that, according to Bivolaru himself, initiation through sexual contact is not necessary.
On the other hand, there are testimonies that Bivolaru scolds women who refuse him, calling them "demonic,
stupid, egotistical, superficial and shifty" (video). I quote:
They make you start reading all these like texts about supposedly ancient, but they're written by him, I know
the way that he writes, this is written by him and it's saying that you know if you get the opportunity to be
initiated and you say no, it's because you're a stupid, superficial, fluctuating, shifty woman that's destined
for life suffering and negative. I wrote this letter to him saying [...] I didn't go looking for Tantra, I'm looking
for yoga [...] and he responded and he'd written all over it in red fountain pen that's just kind of burned into
my redness and it was like ”you lie, you lie and you exaggerate because you like to live a lie, because you have
a big ego and a great bad will”, like capital letters double on the line [...] and he said ”you know, only you
respond in this way because you're manipulated by demons who don't want you to receive divine power”,
and he said that like doing the initiation would have an exorcism effect, so having sex with me would exercise
my demons, was what he told me, and then he'd like attach this little thing to it that said like ”tell her to watch
the test”, because they force all the women to make testimony videos afterwards saying how wonderful it was.
This attitude of Gregorian Bivolaru is confirmed by his teachings, probably the very ones to which the former
student in this video refer, I quote:

40. Fluctuating, superficial, stupid, lacking common sense, impertinent human beings, in whom certain demonic
tendencies are already beginning to awaken and grow more and more, manifest a bizarre irrational state of fear
or anxiety that is completely unjustified, especially when they are about to make a firm choice to receive
a certain particularly important spiritual initiation. Such poor human beings deliberately find a multitude
of reasons (basically stupid or aberrant) to refuse to receive the initiation that could radically transform
their destiny for the better and which is possible to save them from a gradual sinking into the infernal abyss
that has already opened up in their inner universe (source).
By this attitude of forcing sexual initiation on "women who are not ready" (because, first of all, they don't
like him!), Gregorian Bivolaru violates his own teachings, I quote:
Aphorisms and reflections on spiritual initiation, by yoga teacher Gregorian Bivolaru
3. For a spiritual initiation to be fruitful, a human being is always necessary who is prepared to receive it with
lucidity, with aspiration, with enthusiasm, with perseverance and in an intelligent way.
11. In order to benefit fully from a certain spiritual initiation, it is important that the human being who is going
to receive it, be as well prepared as possible. For this, it is necessary that he fulfill certain conditions, which
are indispensable.
18. Often certain spiritual initiations that are particularly powerful involve in advance the successful passing
of certain spiritual tests or, in other words, certain initiatory trials that are inevitable. (source)
32. In certain initiatory schools of Antiquity a famous aphorism was well known and appreciated:
"Let no one dare to cross the threshold of a major spiritual initiation unless he is sufficiently pure inwardly,
full of a living aspiration, prepared to receive the respective initiation as it should be, having been previously
animated by great enthusiasm." (source)
So, on the one hand, Bivolaru claims that he can offer initiations and exemplary states at a distance, but on the
other hand, he imposes on the female students selected by him the initiation into tantric practice through sexual
intercourse with him, sometimes against their will! It turns out that this perverse practice is a pretext for him
to satisfy his sexual desires and obsessions (the ultimate goal of the "initiation" being the "mutual enjoyment
of the "golden elixir" or urine - urophilia). And this is what ultimately led him to prison.
The guru also boasts that he is a big fan of urine therapy or the “elixir of life” and assures that at the time
of his arrest by the French police, he was preparing a 600-page encyclopedia on the subject. This practice,
Amaroli, [...] is an obsession for Bivolaru. During the raid on November 28, 2023, the police found 38 women
seized in two pavilions in the Paris region, controlled by the sect. Each of them had a vessel with urine
allocated for consumption before the “consecration”: their supposedly heavenly meeting with the guru.

As for his own initiation, Bivolaru spoke very little, leaving everything in complete obscurity, which is an
understandable maneuver, since it is about his spiritual lineage, which in reality does not exist:

Gregorian Bivolaru: I started practicing YOGA quite a few years ago. I followed the usual traditional path,
the one indicated by the great sages of the East. This path includes, among other things, fasting, vegetarianism
and giving up many things, including sexuality. Eastern spirituality revealed itself to me as being related
to sexuality and thus I understood the need to restrain it or even suppress it in the case of abstinence, in order
to sublimate it. For a certain period of time I thought that this was the Path. [...] As a result of the publication
in France of an article I had written on this subject, I came to correspond with and then knew a completely
extraordinary female character, although very little known in France due to her modesty. This being, completely
fascinating by her intelligence, beauty and spiritual elevation, was, even if she did not like to be called that,
a true female tantric spiritual guide. She tried to make me know certain esoteric aspects in TANTRA YOGA
as they had been accessible to her in an initiatory center in India. Also on this occasion, through her I had access
to certain traditional yogic and secret tantric writings which allowed me to understand many enigmas.
This female spiritual guide offered me certain secret keys and, introducing me to this mysterious universe,
indicated to me the sources of tantric thought. She made me understand the mysteries of biological transmutation
and sublimation and thus I realized that spirituality and sexuality are not at all opposites in the case of perfect
continence.
Adina Stoian: Some say that TANTRA can be dangerous.
Gregorian Bivolaru: There can be no dangers when TANTRA procedures are practiced according to
the instructions of a true connoisseur, because some of these modalities can only be learned through
a gradual initiation offered by a spiritual Guide, certain exercises being dangerous only outside this
context. Acting with common sense and intelligence, through TANTRA real leaps are possible, all of
which are perfectly within the reach of Westerners. Extraordinary achievements have often been
highlighted in the last 30 years by Western couples practicing TANTRA. In all these situations,
In his obviously staged interview, Bivolaru does not make it clear whether he was initiated through sexual
contact or just "through correspondence" (I quote, "I came to correspond with and then knew a extraordinary
female character").
In Romanian, just like in English, "to know someone" has the meaning of meeting someone in person, but
it also has the "biblical meaning" - making love to someone!

However, in that period from the early 1970s, in the midst of the communist dictatorship, maintaining correspondence
with someone from the West was a very difficult thing, being supervised by the Secret Services, and meeting
in person was even more difficult (and hard to believe). Then, in the second interview fragment, Bivolaru
talks about the practice of Tantra that can be performed "according to the instructions of a true connoisseur,
even by Westerners", resulting in the fact that initiation through sexual contact is not indispensable.
Therefore, the persuasion and pressure on the female students to accept a sexual initiation with him, which
is not indispensable, demonstrates that this is just a pretext for Bivolaru to have sexual acts with them..
And this is what ultimately landed him behind bars.
