Conspiracy theories are rumors about events that are supposed to take place in secret ("in the shadow").
So, it is no surprise that there is a topic of "BLACK PROJECTS".
This topic intertwines with those of secret societies, extraterrestrial civilizations and free energy, which have been covered previously.

It is an experiment carried out in the port of Philadelphia in 1943, which aimed to achieve the "invisibility" of warships to German radars,
by creating a shell of free electrons with the help of Tesla technology.
On August 12, 1943, at the start of the experiment, a U.S. Navy ship (destroyer USS-Eldrige) was enveloped in a dense, greenish-white fog,
which quickly became milky, even material.
In a short time, both on the radar screens and in the port, the ship disappeared from the visual field; only the outline of the ship
could be seen in the water, and after a flash it disappeared completely, appearing hundreds of kilometers away,
to finally reappear in the port of Philadelphia a few hours later.
Some sailors on the missing ship had strange manifestations, disappearing before eyes and reappearing later,
and some even claim to have traveled through time.
These accounts became the basis of another conspiracy theory, that of the MONTAUK PROJECT.
"During the ship's disappearance, two of the scientists on board (brothers Duncan and Edward Cameron),
who were physicists tasked with starting and stopping the generators, jumped overboard.
But they did not fall into the water of the Philadelphia harbor but on the grass of the Montauk military base in the Long Islands.
Their appearance was expected by the military police.
They were ushered into an underground compound where they were met by Dr. Von Newman, who was 40 years older than them.
He informed them that they were in the year 1983.
Von Newman explained to the two that they had been absorbed into hyperspace by the fields created by the equipment generated by a time machine
at the Montauk base that interfered with the fields generated by the Philadelphia experiment.
What had happened was that these two experiments about time had coupled with each other and created a hole in hyperspace
that sucked in the Eldrige ship.
Von Newman told them that a bubble had been created in hyperspace that was growing in a very dangerous way
and therefore it was imperative that they be sent back in time to the Eldrige ship and destroy the generators, which the Cameron brothers did.
But after completing this task, Duncan jumped overboard again, arriving in the year 1983.
Through the technology developed within the Montauk Project, veritable shortcuts are created between any two points in space-time
through the so-called "white hole and hole black''.
In his book ”The Philadelphia Experiment and Other UFO Conspiracies”, as well as in several interviews he has given,
one of the scientists who participated in this experiment, Dr. Alfred Bielek, provides a number of amazing details about these events.
He reports that in 1931, Nikola Tesla offered the possibility to the president of the USA at that time, Theodore Roosevelt,
to communicate with two extraterrestrial groups by means of a special device designed by Tesla himself.
The first group that Roosevelt contacted were the Pleiadians, who offered their help, but only on the condition
that the people would give up the war projects.
The second group was the one called "Kumorash Kun", or abbreviated "group K", which, unlike the first group,
offered to provide the US government with aid that included certain military projects.
Roosevelt then decided to collaborate with the second group.
It seems that later, as a result of this collaboration, certain government decisions and projects were finally influenced.
Through such influence, the decision was made that on August 12, 1943, the strictly secret project that would remain known
as the "Philadelphia Experiment" was carried out.
Al Bielek's revelations show that in fact the Philadelphia Project was intended from the start, through the influence exerted by these extraterrestrials,
to be connected through certain spatio-temporal links with a sequence unfolding in the future from that time, on August 12, 1983, May
exactly with certain operations that were taking place within the so-called Phoenix Project.
Al Bielek states that there are several very conclusive testimonies that support the fact that this project, Phoenix, was operational between 1975 and 1983
and it represented a kind of higher stage of the Philadelphia Project aimed at developing the technology necessary for time travel.
Several people were sent to both the future and the past and even video recordings were made.
Time travelers were often brought back even a millisecond before the time they left, and their memory was usually wiped.

During these "revelations", they talk about projections into the future, on which occasion the speakers describe that they encountered
a kind of temporal wall that did not allow observations beyond the year 2012.
Within the Montauk project, the use of an installation with EM waves emitted by an antenna was studied,
which was connected to the human mind through a special interface, an installation that acted as an amplifier of human thoughts
and that would have even generated the materialization of a monstrous creature (photo).
"It was later understood that the reason these "K's" were interested in making this connection between the Philadelphia Project and the Phoenix Project
was to create a 40-year "rift" in the space-time continuum , to allow spaceships from another dimension and belonging to the "little gray" aliens
to enter the Earth's area. The dates of August 12, 1943 and 1983 were not chosen by chance, but because they corresponded
to certain very particular energetic conditions of the Earth's biorhythm, without which the entire operation could not be carried out.
The "little grays" thus managed to infiltrate in large numbers in the area of our planet and - as we mentioned before -
some of their ships are very likely to have been shot down by the American army, a situation related to the famous crashes of some UFOs,
reported between the years 1947 – 1948 (Roswell).
Al Bielek reports that in 1953, the next president of the USA, Dwight Eisenhower, even had a top secret government meeting with the "little grays",
a meeting at which a joint of non-interference agreement was established and in which it was determined that the aliens
will give the US very advanced technology and in return they will be allowed to carry out some genetic experiments on animals and even humans,
as well as access to 75 underground bases that were to be built in human-alien collaboration.
The construction of the bases located at great depth (DUB - Deep Underground Bases) began in 1959 and many grays took shelter there."
New conspiracy theories have taken over the name DUB turning it into DUMB - Deep Underground Military Bases.
On the other hand, ”DUMB” means ”stupid” (ironic allusion to those who belive such bedtime stories).
In 2011, the yoga teacher N.C., having an important position in MISA®, claimed that such alien underground bases were destroyed
as a result of collective prayers (link):
"... we dare to affirm with all conviction that this passage that was identified through the secret code of the Bible refers to the moment when,
within the MISA yoga school and under the guidance of its spiritual mentor, yoga teacher Gregorian Bivolaru,
collective prayers began to be performed that were addressed to God the Father, which were followed
by certain completely extraordinary events (which were even for us astonishing, miraculous) that had an echo on a planetary scale!
We refer here primarily to everything that happened on planet Earth following the seventh collective prayer
(which took place on August 23 2011), when two secret bases of the members of the satanic group of the so-called "Illuminati" were destroyed
by a divine miracle, by means of underground explosions, and after that the destruction of other underground bases followed.
On that occasion, over 60,000 people who worked in those secret bases received the divine punishment they deserved.
We now know that some of these profoundly transformative, astounding events that have occurred on planet Earth since August 2011
have been accomplished as a result of the help that some benevolent extraterrestrial civilizations have given us and are giving us.
Since August 2011 there have been several interventions of an extraterrestrial civilization, which led to the destruction of certain secret underground bases
(including some submarine reptilian bases, which were destroyed one by one, after the collective prayers that were made in unison

What stands out here is this strange procedure by which MISA® leaders take conspiracy theories from others and then implicate MISA® in them,
even though the authors of these stories have no idea of MISA®'s existence.

PROJECT BLUE BEAM
”PROJECT BLUE BEAM intends to simulate the coming of Jesus to manipulate people and destroy faith and religions”
” In 1994, the Canadian journalist Serge Monaste presented an extensive and well-documented material about the NASA Blue Beam Project:
- The destruction of faith through false archaeological discoveries like the recent "sarcophagus of Jesus".
- The organization of a gigantic mystification in which the coming of Jesus will be simulated through holographic projections.
- The use of low frequency waves for mind control.
- False archaeological discoveries to undermine faith
"The first step in this project aims to discredit or re-evaluate all religious knowledge up to now.
By creating artificial earthquakes in precise locations on the planet, where important secrets have always been assumed to be hidden,
it will be pursued to bring to light some so-called new archaeological discoveries through which it will be "proved"

The second step of the NASA project involves the organization of a gigantic holographic show projected right in the sky,

HAARP
The name, similar to "harp" - the "instrument of the gods", suggests a way of controlling the phenomena of nature by means of vibrations.
In an article, it can be read:
"According to a US Air Force document, entitled AF 2025 Final Report, electromagnetic weapons offer a vast application
in the field of climate manipulation, putting the enemy in a position to face devastating floods, high-intensity hurricanes,
prolonged droughts and high-magnitude earthquakes on the Richter scale.
The most well-known facility for producing such effects is undoubtedly the abbreviated HAARP, i.e. the High-frequency Active Auroral Research Project.
HAARP is the Pentagon's most advanced weapon, although the US Government claims it is nothing more than a harmless scientific research project.
The main installation consists of a huge base of extremely powerful antennas located in Alaska, but the American administrations have also installed
such systems in dozens of other points around the globe.
How HAARP came about
The HAARP system is based on the research of physicist Bernard J. Eastlund, who developed the studies of Nikolas Tesla (1856-1943).
Tesla was the author of a theory according to which the Earth is a huge conductor which offers the possibility of organizing
a simple and efficient system of telecommunications and free energy supply.
Tesla had already proven since 1907 that he could wirelessly send electrical energy at any distance using the ionosphere

US patent no. Eastlund's 4,686,605, Method and Apparatus for Altering a Region of the Earth's Atmosphere, Ionosphere and Magnetosphere,
was sealed for one year by the US Government under a secrecy order.
Specifically, the patent specifications stated:
“This invention provides the ability to emit unprecedented amounts of energy into the Earth's atmosphere at strategic locations.
It can maintain the level of power injection, especially if the random pulse is used, in a much more precise and tightly controlled manner
than the current state of the art. It can detonate nuclear charges at various yields and at various altitudes.
Weather modification is possible, for example, by altering the winds in the upper atmosphere, by constructing
one or more atmospheric particle lenses that will act as a lens or focusing device."
The patent also describes how the facility can produce "nuclear-sized explosions without radiation."
It also described the possibility of producing gigantic power beam systems, huge electromagnetic pulses
and systems for detecting objects located beyond the horizon line.
How HAARP works
In simplified terms, the HAARP device is an inverted radio telescope, in that the antennas send out signals instead of receiving them.
The HAARP installation uses very powerful radio waves (millions of GWatts) of an extremely low frequency (Extreme Low Frequency - ELF,
i.e. frequencies from 3 to 30 Hz).
These beams are sent up into the lower layer of the ionosphere at an altitude between 100 and 350 km.
As a result of the strong heating, the respective areas temporarily ascend, followed by an accelerated descent phase, which produces strong downdrafts.
The ionosphere behaves like a rubber balloon which bends and, when it returns to its original shape, the entire force is imprinted downwards.
When this downdraft hits the denser layers at the top of the clouds, it spreads radially, forming tube clouds at the leading edge
of the cloud formations. When it hits the Earth's crust, it can cause a devastating earthquake.
The curving areas in the ionosphere are made up of electrons in a very unstable state that form a kind of "lens"
that will have the ability to reflect back to Earth the wave beams sent from the HAARP facilities.
Depending on the angle from which they are sent, the beams can hit precise areas far away from the location of the HAARP bases.
Reflected waves are particularly harmful and penetrate absolutely everything, including living organisms.
According to many experts, the HAARP program is already triggering floods, volcanic eruptions, earthquakes and devastating storms.
Just one gigawatt of energy is enough to produce a hole in the ionosphere. But at a total power of 100 Gw (100 million watts) the effect is catastrophic.
Conclusion
HAARP technology represents the most advanced and effective contemporary technology in the field of war, it is a terrible weapon
(geophysical, strategic and cosmic) of directed energy.

All earthquakes, droughts, hurricanes, tornadoes, storms and more unusual cloud formations are suspected to be produced by HAARP!

"There is no proof, but we are just presenting one!"
Again, if the US controls the climate and "gives lessons" about climate control, what about the devastating hurricanes
(”Sandy” which unusually hit New York, ”Katrina” etc) or the 1000 annual tornadoes (which have been occurring since time immemorial anyway,
being present in the myths of the native population)?
And an apotheotical ending, according to the "intelligence" of the one who wrote the article, of those who took it over,
but also of those who believed it to be real:

The Great Midwest Flood (1993) has been triggered using climate weapons
Such an artificial atmospheric dam was created in 1993 by the combined action of HAARP towers in Alaska and GWEN in the Midwest.
The scientists left the ELF emission open for 40 days and 40 nights. The outcome? It rained throughout this interval.
The GWEN towers are placed exactly on the north-south line, north of the Missouri and Mississippi rivers.
Of course, these two rivers were blamed for causing the floods.
In addition to the deaths, injuries, and destruction of homes, this storm caused $12-15 billion in agricultural losses.
For what purpose are such calamities created?
Not long after the Midwest flood of 1993, there were all kinds of news stories about the lack of discernment or inspiration
of those who built or rebuilt homes in flood-prone areas.
These news advised people not to build houses in such areas. An ingenious plan to move the population to the desired areas."
So the US attacked its own population with HAARP to move them to desired areas. And what are the desired areas?
Hurricanes and tropical storms hit Florida and the southern US annually, more recently the East Coast, the middle of the US is known as "Tornado Alley"
with over 1000 tornadoes annually, in California it has been drought for years, in the West it is a desert area ("Wild West"),
the Yellowstone area is threatened by volcanoes.
Where to move the population: to the Badlands? On Native American reservations?
”HAARP controls the hurricanes” (link)
"Hurricane Joaquin, the second strongest in the Atlantic area in 2015, was unleashed at the end of September 2015
and threatened the coast of the United States.
On the records provided by the satellite, it can be seen how the hurricane was intentionally diverted to the Bahamas
and then to Bermuda, bypassing Cuba and American cities.
Hurricane Blanca, in June 2015, in the Pacific Ocean, was also controlled by the US military with the help of weather modification weapons
(the owner of the HAARP program is the United States Department of Defense)."
What about the other hurricanes that have hit and are still hitting the US?
Why was Hurricane Sandy that hit New York in 2012 not diverted?
In the case of hurricane diversion, it is necessary for HAARP users to first wait for hurricanes to form offshore,
and only then to change their trajectory according to their interests.
But in other articles mentioned above, it is claimed that HAARP technology can produce hurricanes out of thin air.
At the following addresses, it can be read:
The heat power released by a hurricane in the process of rain formation is 6 x 10^14 Watts, that is 200 times the entire power generated by mankind!
As the highest power of a HAARP installation is – according to the listed articles – of a maximum of 6 Gigawatts ie 6 x 10^9 Watts,
it turns out that a hurricane develops 10^5 times more power, so as much as 100,000 (one hundred thousand) HAARPs!
In addition to this, the power released by the hurricane in the form of kinetic energy (energy of motion or wind) is 1.5 x 10^12 Watts,
that is half of the capacity of all mankind or as much as 25,000 HAARPs!
So the claim that a ”two-wire” facility like the one in Alaska could generate hurricanes is downright embarrassing (see video).
”FUNNY CLOUDS”
Another embarrassing, but at the same time funny side is the problem of the special shape of the clouds that are claimed
to be generated by the HAARP systems during their operation and which would betray their presence and action.
In the first of the articles above, it says:
"These beams are sent up to the lower layer of the ionosphere at an altitude between 100 and 350 km."
At such an operating altitude, what does HAARP have to do with "clouds of strange, unnatural shapes"
which are located only a few kilometers height?
The photos below also show clouds that present "certain patterns that seem unnatural", but date back to 1905, long before HAARP (link).
Other satellite photos show very large areas of clouds showing regular patterns, which are also attributed to HAARP.
However, upon closer analysis, it is observed that the shape of these clouds is exactly the opposite of what it should be.
The supposed EM waves emitted from the HAARP and extending into space should form concentric circles radiating from the antenna's location,
like the circular ripples created on the surface of a lake by a stone thrown into the water.
In addition, they propagate at the speed of light, being able to circle the globe at the Equator 7.5 times in a second,
which means that they cover an area of thousands of km practically instantaneously, so the cloud pattern thus created should maintain the shape all over the zone.

But in the photos that are claimed to capture the HAARP effect, the waves are "V" shaped and show the concavity outwards,
just like the waves created by a boat moving on the water's surface (see here).

Since ”V” cloud formations originate exactly where mountain peaks or islands are located, it follows that they are produced
by the disturbance of air currents by higher landforms.
In the next photo, on the left is a cloud formation with a somewhat concentric circular shape (sort of what it should look like under the effect of HAARP),
which is centered on the peak of the Cumbra Viejo volcano on the island of La Palma.
But on the right, in the exact same place but at a different time, there is an erupting volcano (you can see the ash trail),
so the concentric circular formation cannot be the effect of HAARP (which cannot be placed within an active volcano),
but is obviously the effect of air currents that bypass the peak of the volcano creating vortexes.

2). Artificial earthquakes
article: ”The "dialogue" between the earth's crust and the ionosphere can be manipulated”
"Since ancient times there have been various reports regarding certain strange lights that were seen in the sky before or after earthquakes.
These lights sometimes take the form of sparkles or floating globes or appear as strong flashes on top of mountains.
In some cases, compass needles were observed to move chaotically at such times.
Based on the findings of many teams of researchers, it was concluded that there is a permanent "dialogue" between the earth and the ionosphere,
a dialogue that becomes noticeable during earthquakes.
Changes in the atmospheric electric field before earthquakes
Before large earthquakes, in good weather, atmospheric electric field anomalies have been observed in the form of increased field values
up to levels exceeding 1kV/m or -1kV/m.
The area occupied by this abnormal electric field is very large, and for earthquakes with magnitude close to 7,
the area is at least 1400 km in diameter.
This abnormality can appear more than a month before the earthquake. But a few days or hours before the seismic shock,
a large vertical electric field appears.
Manipulation of the ionosphere, through HAARP systems, can cause earthquakes
The two-way observation of the relationship between the Earth's crust and the ionosphere, with the mutual influences that occur,
was first reported publicly by Nick Begich Jr. after he found several documents related to the High Active Auroral Research Project (HAARP):
"disturbances of ionosphere, which have been attributed to earthquakes, such as the Alaskan earthquake of March 28, 1964".
Nick Begich Jr. wondered why the reverse hypothesis could not be true, i.e. "ionospheric disturbances deliberately caused to resonate

Begich pointed out that a 1990 document from the US Navy and Air Force stated that the goal of the HAARP project was to learn
how to manipulate the ionosphere on a larger scale than the USSR could do at the time with similar installations.
HAARP was built to test the effects of billions of watts of concentrated radio energy in the planet's ionosphere.
Electric lenses made at extremely high altitude by billions of ionized atmospheric particles are used to focus radio wave carriers on the Earth's surface.
As long as the earth's crust is electromagnetically coupled to the ionosphere, we cannot say that placing huge amounts of energy in the ionosphere,
deliberately produced by HAARP, does not cause any reaction in the earth's crust.”
According to the site
the energy released by an earthquake of 7 degrees on the Richter scale (and which lasts about 30 seconds) is 2 x 10^15 Joules,
i.e. 2 x 10^15/30 Watts, i.e. 6.7 x 10^13 watts which, considering the maximum power of a single HAARP installation
which is 5 x 10^9 watts (5 Gigawatts), gives about 6.7 x 10^13/5 x 10^ 9 = 10^4, i.e. 10,000 HAARP installations!
A great guru of everything that moves (or that shakes) on Earth is Benjamin Fulford - the prophet of the events that have already happened -
whose aberrations are piously cited on the MISA® sites.
From the article "Japan was not the victim of a natural disaster, but was attacked with HAARP", from April 13, 2011 (link), it can be read:
"Everything is based on a series of articles written by Benjamin Fulford, a Canadian journalist who lives in Japan and who, over time,
has published an extensive series of articles about a US military research program called HAARP.
It manipulates the Earth's ionosphere and can be used, apparently, to influence natural phenomena and even to produce earthquakes.

But there is a problem: the earthquake did not occur in Fukushima, but in the open ocean, 160 km away!
The tsunami wave generated by the earthquake, is what that caused the nuclear accident, when reached Fuhushima.
But on March 30, 2011, in "Veterans today", the same Fulford declared:
"The United States occupation forces in Japan are staging a major strategic defeat because they know the Japanese defense establishment knows
it was elements of the US military that set off the March 11, (311) tsunami attack against Japan.
This attack used nuclear weapons drilled into the seabed by submarines and not HAARP according to senior Pentagon Sources.”
So there is a huge confusion in Fulford's mind...

the narrative of the film suddenly deviates and the author states that in fact most of the inventions used in these secret projects
would have been made by NikolaTesla.
Nikola Tesla claimed to have invented a "death beam" which he called teleforce in the 1930s and continued the claims up until his death.
Tesla proposed that a nation could "destroy anything approaching within 200 miles... [and] will provide a wall of power"
in order to "make any country, large or small, impregnable against armies, airplanes, and other means for attack".
This statement once again shows that Tesla was only imagining his inventions, but not doing any kind of calculation or logical reasoning.
No object can be hit directly if it is more than 45 km away because...it disappears behind the horizon due to the curvature of the Earth!
At the time Tesla made this statement there were no radars, so targets could not even be seen from such distances.
Today, targets located at such distances (located beyond the horizon) can only be hit with the help of missiles guided by satellites which,
from the height at which they orbit, allow the detection of objects located at great distances.
In conclusion, the Black Projects from MISA® are really into a black darkness, but that of ignorance...
