MISA's lying reply to an article about sexual video chats from Czechia

As a result of a report made in the Czech Republic (video 🔗) on the subject of the sexual video chat activity of some students and instructors from Duchovní Å¡kola Rezonance in the Czech Republic ðŸ”—, member of the Galactic ATMAN Yoga Federation, an article on this topic appeared on the Romanian website libertatea.ro ðŸ”— titled "Dozens of MISA students from the Czech Republic, including Romanians, manipulated to make video chats".
The mighty "school of yoga MISA” has published a right of reply ðŸ”— which, as usual, is full of lies and threats.

The time has come to clarify - once and for all - some aspects that MISA always trumpets in these replies to the media, in which the organization laments the fact that the press articles contain "flagrant inaccuracies, blatant lies and defamatory and slanderous statements at the address of the MISA Yoga School and the yoga teacher Gregorian Bivolaru".

MISA's reply:
"First of all, we request that you urgently withdraw the pejorative term 'sect' and avoid using this word in any future article that may refer to the MISA Yoga School. Otherwise, we reserve the right to take any legal action we deem necessary."

What are the legal measures MISA keeps threatening journalists with?
In what way does the term "sect" with which MISA is labeled violate legal norms?
Where does it say that it is not allowed to call MISA a "sect"?

In this context, MISA is always waving a report of a so-called Swedish expert 🔗 , as well as a report by a group of sociologists 🔗 , both reports being presented to the Supreme Court of Sweden in 2005, when Bivolaru's extradition request to Romania was judged.

The reports are limited, subjective and one-sided, being made following some, I quote, ”interviews with Gregorian Bivolaru during the police custody in Malmö, interviews with Mihai Stoian and six MISA yoga practitioners. Three of them are from Romania. Moreover, we even contacted other Romanians living in exile who are not members of this yoga school.”
We reproduce only an embarrassing quote that shows the "objectivity" of the Swedish expert Nylund, who behaved as if he were MISA's lawyer:

2.3 Spiritual camps
”Every year, in Romania, 10-12.000 people gather in order to attend the international yoga symposiums organized by MISA. Among other things, they also practice heliotherapy. The participants at this symposium are accepted based on an ID card for which they have to send photos, sometimes in a bathing suit, to the MISA leader. This happens in order to “read” the aura of those who wish to attend and see whether there are any health disorders. According to MISA – everything is alive – people, animals, plants – and surrounded by an energetic field called an “aura”. The ability to see auras can be developed through training.
During the selection of the camp participants at these international symposiums, among which there are many young persons, a large number of photos are received. Such photos were seized by the Romanian authorities and classified as pornographic pictures because they obviously do not at want to see the content of the photos (namely one person in a bathing suit) and their purpose.”

It is implied that the requested photos are in bathing suits because heliotherapy is practiced, and "the MISA leader reads their aura" to see who are fit and who are not fit for this kind of practice. ðŸ˜‰
As for the ability of the leader of MISA to "read" the aura, the Swedish super-expert does not present any proof, but only proclaims it by himself and, in his opinion, the stupid Romanian state authorities do not have the spiritual level to understand which is the lofty purpose of these photographs…

MISA considers those reports as certificates that absolve them forever from the title of "sect". But from the moment of presenting those reports which are embarrassing anyway (see here ðŸ”—), a lot of events have happened that demonstrate their nullity.
For example, Sweden's OSCE rapporteur Seppo Isotalo, who initially defended MISA (see "Social analysis of the persecution of yogis in Romania, a study carried out by doctor of social and political sciences Seppo Isotalo (Sweden) - 2007 🔗), LATER declared about MISA:
"It has all the characteristics of a sect: one truth, one leader and it isolates the dissidents".

This statement can be viewed at 1min:15sec of the Finnish documentary "THE DARK SIDE OF A TANTRIC CULT" (video 🔗)
or in the transcript of the documentary, here 🔗. So MISA's defender has come, by his own experience (see also moments 16min:20sec and 20min:56sec of the Finnish documentary), to the conclusion that MISA is a sect, despite previous reports from Sweden.

MISA always threatens journalists with "legal measures" when they call it a "sect" in their articles, but they don't have the courage to do anything against Bivolaru's ex-lawyer and former student Mihai Rapcea who, even in the documentary made in the Czech Republic (video ðŸ”—), at 3min:25sec, states exactly the same thing as Seppo Isotalo: It's a cult! Definitely it's a cult, because they have all the elements of the cult!”

In fact, MISA is a sect according to its own criteria, as shown in this synthesis ðŸ”—.

MISA's reply:
"We specify that there are no MISA students in the Czech Republic. MISA is organized and operates according to Romanian legislation only in Romania, even though there are several yoga schools in Europe and around the world where yoga is taught according to the same methodology."

On the Rezonance school website, the Romanian instructor Selea introduces himself 🔗 :
In 1999, at the call of my spiritual guide, I left to teach yoga in the Czech Republic, where I founded a yoga school under the name "Rezonance".

Selea did not stop his participation in the MISA course when he went to the Czech Republic in 1999, when he was in the 10th year of the course, and this fact is shown on the website of the course in Prague, where he teaches lessons in the 22nd year 🔗 so in order to teach in years further than year 10, he must have remained a student at MISA.

All the instructors in the most advanced years from any school of the ATMAN Federation ARE and MUST BE MISA STUDENTS because, as the Movement's press release says, these courses - which advance from year to year - are taught according to the MISA METHODOLOGY, and the instructors do not they might have the knowledge to be able to teach in the more and more advanced years abroad unless they continue to attend MISA classes!
In addition, in order to continue their "spiritual evolution" according to the MISA teaching, the instructors must assimilate the knowledge from the MISA courses which have already reached their 34th year and seem like they will never end!

So the instructor Selea must be in the 34th year of the course taught by MISA, which implies that there is at least one MISA student in the Czech Republic, even Selea himself!

MISA's abjectness reaches paroxysm - one might say to orgasmic heights - in the following passage:

Esoteric Integral Yoga taught at the MISA Yoga School is authentic and valuable, which is confirmed not only by the students and sympathizers of the school, but also - indirectly - by the former students who left the school to open their own yoga schools, where they teach precisely what they learned at MISA, but without the honesty to admit it, lest it affect their 'image'.

According to the report made in the Czech Republic (video ðŸ”—), starting from the moment 10min:39sec it says:

"Rezonance has yoga studios in four Czech cities. It is interesting that it does not mention the connection with the Romanian movement on its website.
But, as the record from the website archive shows, the situation was different in the past: "Rezonance was founded in 2001 as the Czech branch of the Romanian school MISA by Eng. Eduard Selea, one of the first students of the author of this system, Gregorian Bivolaru.”

The disappearance of any connection with MISA is of recent date, after some information appeared on this blog that female instructors and students in the Czech Republic are active on sex video chats (see here ðŸ”—).

MISA boasts that its methodology is used in several countries of the world, but at the same time it claims that those who teach according to the MISA methodology actually left the school in Romania and teach on their own, so MISA washes its hands and claims that it has no deal with what happens outside Romania!

Instead, the Rezonance school - like all the members of the umbrella organization ATMAN - is dealing with MISA and Bivolaru, since it sent a letter in 2017 supporting the parole of their Guru from prison in Romania!

In any case, Selea is still on excellent terms with MISA, since he was one of the lecturers at the October 2022 Mahavira camp (see here ðŸ”—).

In fact, this passage is a blatant lie if you consider that MISA has registered its spiritual educational materials (so also courses) as a trademark in Europe ðŸ”—
Before every conference on MisaTV, a threatening message is broadcast to those who would dare to take "even short quotes" from the lectures, but it does not take any action regarding those who teach "according to the MISA methodology without honestly acknowledging it"!
As a fun fact, MISA has trademarked the concept of "occult resonance" - it's true, only in Romania 🔗 - and the school in the Czech Republic is called... Rezonance! And MISA is silent because... there is nothing to do! Bullshit!

In fact, whenever a former instructor from abroad left MISA and started teaching on his own "according to the MISA methodology", Bivolaru himself angrily criticized this in conferences:

conference "A response to actions on an online discussion group" part 1 – sept 14, 2021”:

"The scammers left this yoga class, and one of them even had the amazing audacity to open his own class, still using this school's texts.
Moreover, the use of the courses of these spiritual schools of integral esoteric yoga by impostors who thus earn a lot of money in this way, is already an old practice. Narcis Tarcău - nicknamed Swami Vivekananda Sarasvati - has been doing this for a long time in courses in Thailand 🔗."

article "Clarification on the Controversy Created by the Former Yoga Teacher R.A." (archive ðŸ”—):

”We inform you that R.A., a former yoga teacher at the MISA School, DOES NOT have any accreditation or support from the MISA leadership to open or organize courses, seminars, groups, camps or any other spiritual activities.
R.A. has recently founded her own “spiritual school” in Greece and claims that the action would have been “inspired” by the MISA leadership that encourages her. We underline that her statement is false, and this fact can easily be noticed, if we take into account that she is no longer a teacher in our school.
Moreover, in September 2018, she was also excluded from the yoga course in the School in Athens, affiliated to the ATMAN Federation.

The contradiction of common sense which she does not notice for now is that, on one hand, she claims to teach values in the spirit of MISA courses in her “school”, and she claims that she has the support of the MISA leadership but, on the other hand, she ignores that she does not have the integration of our School neither to be teacher nor for the “spiritual” activities she started.
Nevertheless, every person is free to open whatever courses they want, but on this occasion we very clearly deny that R.A. would be authorised by the MISA yoga school. She does not have our support to open courses, groups or any such action.”

This is how MISA exposes itself and admits that, in order for a MISA instructor to open a course, he needs the "integration, accreditation and support of MISA"! Moreover, whenever a person opens a course "based on the MISA methodology", MISA is forced to warn the public about this fact, in order to prevent these courses "without the support of MISA" from recruiting their own students!

This fact can be seen even more clearly from the "Morals and Bad Habits" conference on October 29, 2021:

"The subject of this exposition is the vile, Machiavellian, disgusting manner in which the former yoga instructor from Greece, Z.C., behaves. This person shows a huge arrogance. She uses with insolence, without ceasing, the lessons from the Integral Esoteric Yoga classes and also offers initiations based on our structured materials. This person is making relentless efforts to recruit the students of our yoga school in Greece in various cunning ways and she is luring these students of ours by whispering to them that she supposedly makes our course much faster and sensationalistically selects various methods from the upper years of the course, in order to atract them that, in this way, they make big savings and finish the course faster. The instructor of our school in Greece testifies that there have already been several cases of students from our courses in Greece who were lured by these chimerical promises, abandoned our school's courses, choosing to attend classes that are chaotically arranged, in a manner obviously sensationalist, by C.Z..”

If this school in the Czech Republic - Rezonance - did not have the support of MISA, then MISA would have warned about this fact by now, so that current students or potential future students would not be recruited.
From what has been shown so far, it is clear that the Rezonance school has MISA's support, and the latter's attempt to wash its hands is pathetic.
The producer of the report from the Czech Republic states that she has identified three female instructors who were active on the sexual video chat. Female instructors, not simple students!

While MISA denies any connection with the Czech schoolgirls who are active on the sex video chats, it at the same time defends them ("they must eat!").

Quote from MISA's reply to the press:

”We do not know the economic situation in the Czech Republic in detail, but if they have a choice between leaving the country for a better life (as is the case for several million Romanians), or working in video chat studios so they can afford the rent a decent apartment, there are probably enough young women who would choose video chats. However, what is the connection with our yoga school?”

It would have been right for MISA and Gregorian Bivolaru to draw the attention of their female students that, while each of them is free to choose what to do in their free time, being active on sex video chat is prostitution, as Bivolaru himself once stated (Romanian only, audio 🔗 and press ðŸ”—):

"Because yoga will never urge you to fornicate. Because fornication is first and foremost... what we call prostitution. At the moment when a human being, who is endowed with all the divine gifts, admits to selling his body for material profit, this is called fornication or prostitution. But under no circumstances will yoga and all the traditional teachings of the East tell you, and you will find nowhere that it instructs you to prostitute yourself, that it instructs you to offer your body or offer your charms to obtain benefits, like ”give me a thousand to give you sex, give me two thousand to show you my breast”..."

Worse, MISA female students active on sex video chats excite their male clients and make them ejaculate (for a fee!), seriously violating the principle of sexual continence that MISA constantly trumpets, as the former vice president of MISA pointed out in 2006.

Cl. Tr. - "War of open letters", pdf 🔗 and archive ðŸ”—:
"Another aspect that makes me hesitate in my soul, refers to the activity that some people carry out on their own on websites. But there is a part here that I consider really serious from a spiritual point of view, namely that the women who participate in our courses are aware and accept that those people who look at them are self-stimulating and, in most cases, discharging their sexual energy. This fact I consider to be in total contradiction with the fundamental principles of our yoga school and with the mission that we feel we have on this planet to advocate for sexual continence and the sublimation of erotic energies, as well as for love."

In fact, MISA defended female students active on sexual video chats even in the case of courses in Romania. When in the press, several articles appeared in this regard (see here active link 🔗 and archive ðŸ”—), this is what the right of reply sent by the Press Office of MISA said 🔗:

"We consider it necessary to rectify all statements that associate the MISA Yoga School with the strictly personal concerns of yoga practitioners and that assimilate the yoga school with a pornographic group. This systematic attempt to turn their personal or professional life into a source of media scandal is a violation of rights. The persons referred to in the articles shown above have been presented mockingly and distortedly, exposing details of their private lives, as well as their alleged appearances on certain adult sites. The presentation of some people in the mass media, accompanied by names and intimate data, without the consent of the people in question, represents a violation of the basic right to private life."

Bivolaru himself, when he criticized in 2022 the action of a female student who filmed and posted a video in which his partner ejaculates, had nothing to object to her activity on pornographic video chat until then (video 🔗).
So, if the "videochats from the Czech Republic are not related to MISA", then what about those from Romania?
