Suddenly, they don't know English anymore!



MISA's protector, Willy Fautré, posted two articles about the situation of the two members of the Stoian family, Mihai and Adina,

arrested in Georgia on the basis of an international search warrant.

On 20 and 26 December 2024, the City Court of Tbilisi held hearings to decide whether Georgia should extradite Mihai Stoian and

his wife Adina arrested in August 2024 on the Turkish-Georgian border on the basis of an Interpol arrest warrant issued on

France’s request. A few days after mid-December, I happened to be in Tbilisi for The European Times to cover the unstable political

situation and the demonstrations in the country [...] I also used the opportunity of being in Tbilisi to meet [...] lawyers involved

in the case of the Stoians and to collect some unpublished information about the couple. A member of their family was also in Tbilisi.

At the end of the second hearing taking place after my departure from Georgia, the court found that a third hearing was necessary

to try to solve a crucial issue: the interpretation of the debates and the translation of printed or written court documents in Romanian,

as strongly required by Mihai, his wife and their lawyers instead of the English language imposed until then by the judicial authorities.

The court considered that Mihai and his wife were sufficiently fluent in English due to their international activities but their

counter-argument was that the legal and judicial language used during the proceedings and interpreted in English was foreign to him

and was putting them at risk of failing to understand the implications of what they might have to accept and to sign.

The double translation of complex issues, first by the interpreter Georgian-English and second by themselves in their own language

(Romanian) was de facto opening the door to inaccuracies and misunderstandings at both levels of understanding and could lead

to a miscarriage of justice they would be the victims of, they argued.

Of course, you have to be aware when signing something, but not knowing the language is also a tactic commonly used by those

detained by foreign authorities. Since the arrest (August 22, according to Georgian media - link articol) and until mid-December,

the two arrested people got along great with the authorities, but when it came to signing official documents, suddenly they don't know

English anymore!... Why didn't they request the translation of the communication by then?

Because the court would have asked them how on Earth they had carried out their international activity until then, and especially

their scientific activity! (see Advaitananda's blog).

Of course, "Free" Willy Fautré hides, like a scammer, these simple reasonings and continues his grandmaster maneuvers

of disinformation and self-interested manipulation, when he talks about the context of the arrest of the two, I quote:

Most of those Romanian yoga practitioners who were there had chosen to combine the pleasant with the useful in France:

yoga and meditation in villas or apartments kindly and freely put at their disposal by their owners or tenants who were also

mainly yoga practitioners of Romanian origin and at the same time to enjoy picturesque natural or other environments.

The November 2023 raids were not an operation against a terrorist or armed group or a drug cartel. 

They were raids targeting eight private places mainly used by peaceful Romanian yoga practitioners but the police suspected

these places to be used under cover for illegal activities: trafficking in human beings, sexual exploitation and forcible confinement.

This was the official charge against Gregorian Bivolaru, the founder of the Romanian MISA yoga group, and some others

who were put in pretrial detention in France in the aftermath of the raids. The arrest warrant against the Stoians channeled

from Paris to Tbilisi through Interpol included the same charges although they were not in France at the time of the police raids

or before and had never had any yoga activity in France.

This is how yoga practitioners go to France, to "combine business with pleasure", being brought clandestinely, with opaque glasses

over their eyes and wide hats pulled over their eyes, so as not to see and not to be seen! "Pleasant" refers to sexual initiation with

the guru, I quote: "you had to bend over completely, you superficial and fickle fool; if it happens again, you will have to shave your head!"

"Useful" probably refers to "burning karma for hundreds of existences," but Fautré certainly doesn't know about it, just as he pretends

not to have heard that French police officers monitored "yoga practitioners" bringing 5-10 women a week to the guru

(as written in the article entitled ”Investigation into the Misa sect (1/2)” from the French journal ”Libération”).

This led French police to charges of human trafficking, sexual exploitation, and forced detention.

Fautré continues with the lies and disinformation when he writes, and I quote:

In 2002, Mihai Stoian and his wife moved to Denmark and from 2003 he became the senior teacher of the Natha Yoga Center, a non-profit

organization dedicated to personal development. In 2006, the teaching methods of Mihai Stoian attracted the attention of ATMAN,

the International Federation for Yoga and Meditation, he collaborated with from time to time. ATMAN Federation was officially registered

in 2004 in the UK by teachers of yoga and personal development. From 2009 until his arrest in Georgia in August 2024 Mihai Stoian

participated in the Yoga and Personal Development Program of ATMAN Federation, providing consultation and teaching materials.

I mean, you see, the ATMAN federation set its sights on the promising young Mihai Stoian, whom they co-opted, who had not known

about ATMAN until then and had only had a tangential relationship with it, offering consultancy and teaching materials.

But here is what Stoian himself wrote, in a post on the MISA website, entitled

”Significant aspects regarding the dirty games behind the scenes of the International Yoga Federation and beyond

…as I have personally witnessed them in recent years” - by yoga teacher Mihai Stoian, June 6, 2008:

However, we will not be discouraged by all these machinations and will continue to act, developing the International Federation of Yoga

and Meditation ATMAN, a federation that includes many schools that embrace the teaching system offered by Grieg (Gregorian Bivolaru).

Under the aegis of this international federation, we will continue to organize congresses and spiritual events at a planetary level, in which

to promote authentic yogic spiritual values. When the ATMAN Federation was legally established, we were immediately called by the

International Yoga Federation (IYF) asking us to immediately cancel the name and website of the federation, on the grounds that

the name of the international federation would compete! We proved our good faith by canceling the federation's website and even renaming

our federation from the International Federation to the World Federation of Yoga and Meditation ATMAN, in order to avoid this competition.

From this, it follows that Mihai Stoian directly participated in the founding of ATMAN, as part of a plan hatched together with Bivolaru!

In fact, the ATMAN Federation was founded even before the MISA schools were accepted into the international yoga federations,

as can be read here 🔗.

Mihai Stoian and his wife are opposed to their extradition to France, saying they were not involved in any yoga activity there and

in any illegal activity as mentioned in the Interpol arrest warrant, had nothing to do with the massive police raids on yoga centers

on 28 November 2023 which led to several arrests and pretrial detention cases, and no yoga practitioner had filed a complaint

against him or his wife.

An investigation by the newspaper "Libération" (article here 🔗) says something else. I quote a fragment:

Mihai Stoian, number 2 and “chief executive” of this sect, is accused by the French justice system of being one of the main organizers

of an international trafficking of women. These female followers were sent to Paris for years to have sexual relations under the influence

of the MISA guru, Gregorian Bivolaru. Maria is one of his victims:

“One day, Mihai Stoian tells me that Grieg [Bivolaru] wants to meet me. He tells me that it is the best news of my life.”

Then, Stoian’s wife, Adina, took control in a “woman-to-woman” conversation to encourage her.

“She explains to her that it is a great honor, because this sexual encounter is an initiation... Mihai is certainly the organizer, but

Adina is the supreme matron,” Maria continues. A few days after this conversation, the young female follower flew to Paris, where,

like dozens of other MISA “students” before her, she was met by trusted Romanian people. They blindfolded her, confiscated her

phone and identity documents, and detained her for several days in transit houses in the Paris region, before meeting Gregorian

Bivolaru for a sexual “initiation.” Maria assures us that “the Stoians bear full responsibility for this case of human trafficking.”

Even if they were not in France, the two would have sent to Bivolaru some female students who claimed of being victims of

human trafficking and sexual abuse that occurred in France, which is why this country has the legal right to request their extradition.

 

About Adina Stoian, Willy Fautré writes that ”noteworthy is that Adina Stoian has never been part of the board of the Atman Federation”.

But if she encouraged female students to go to Bivolaru for "sexual initiation as a great honor", that makes her a participant and

accomplice in the trafficking and sexual exploitation of women. For example, this is the role that ”the supreme matron Adina” had

in the Tantra groups, I quote from Bivolaru's conference "Morals and Bad Habits, August 30, 2021, part 4" (audio 🔗):

Here are our final comments. It will always proceed in this manner and will be recorded in a careful, systematic, audio, all the dialogues

with all these people, including with the instructors from the Tantra courses. Based on these recordings, in case it will appear in these audio

recordings, strange situations which highlight aspects  such as all these that I have exposed, based on this testimony, the necessary measures 

will be taken urgently, and even if the hosts don't have time to make selections from the recordings which they will keep with great care,

in a safe place, so that they are not stolen, so that the evidence disappears, action will be taken so that these recordings  reach Adina Stoian

who will take, within 20 days, the measures that are imposed regarding such situations, and then she will communicate to the hosts

at the holiday home what she has decided based on this evidence that was sent to them and which is sufficient because, in this way,

the Tantra teachers will not be able to pretext that everything heard on the recording is a fake or that the evidence does not exist.

But this audio recording is probably also a staging by the French authorities...
