MISA after 32 years: paranormal IMPOTENCE

On Sunday, 26.06.2022, the "work" of the International Congress of Yoga and Eastern and Western Alternative Therapies, 7th edition, organized online by MISA and its alibi federation - ATMAN, ended.  (https://archive.ph/3hTsT)

The last presentation in the program was the fourth part of the conference "Yoga and parapsychology" held by none other than the "Master of the Copyright", Gregorian Bivolaru. (https://archive.ph/Ji4YZ)

It would have gone unnoticed, like the first three, had it not been followed by the "simple semi-levitation exercise".

In this fourth part, Magnus Aurolsson continued with the presentation of the fundamental paranormal powers of yoga - Maha Siddhis. Mahima Siddhi (expansion), Anima Siddhi (contraction), Garima Siddhi (weight gain), Laghima Siddhi (weight loss)... We do not go into details.

After an hour or so he reached levitation, a consequence of Laghima Siddhi, which he briefly defined as "the ability of some human beings to rise and float in the air by means of subtle, mystical energies that override gravity."

The "semi-levitation" technique

Quite suddenly he switched to a "simple, enlightening and impressive" exercise that would result in an "extraordinary phenomenon of semi-levitation" even a person weighing 130 kg or more.

Although, according to the guru, it would often be presented at MISA, the description of the "technique" leaves much to be desired. 

It requires five people, four "operators" and a "subject" sitting on a chair. The four operators first consecrate the action to God the Father. 

 

Then they place their hands "in the area of the top of the head" of the subject "so that each time the hands of each operator are placed interposed, so that the hands of the same operator never touch except with the hands which are interposed in this manner of the other three operators."

With their arms relaxed in this position, the operators manifest for a minimum of 3 minutes, "a clear, strong and continuous intention to succeed successfully" (sic!) in the experiment.

 

Immediately afterwards, acting as quickly as possible in unison, the four operators "place their palms but also their fingers together, except for the index finger of both hands, then as quickly as possible the four (sic!) operators each place their palms with their index fingers extended to each of the subject's armpits, who thus experiences a state of semi-levitation, and the other two operators in the same way place their fingers extended under the subject's knee joints", lifting him off the chair.

Both the operators and the subject "experience semi-levitation". In addition, the subject also experiences a "surprising state of lightness in the whole body".

The founder of MISA argued that the experiment fails if the steps he outlined are not followed, and is not accompanied by the "paranormal effects described". 

It is not clear what effects he is referring to. According to his definition, for levitation to occur, the subject would have to lift himself into the air. In the actual experiment he is lifted by others with their fingers. 

This leaves only the states of the participants. This would be in accordance with the MISA doctrine, which postulates that the yogi is recognized by his states.

 

Grieg also insisted that only skeptical, materialistic, obtuse people, overcome by doubts, contest "because of the stupidity in which they are lodged" the existence of paranormal powers and the inestimable value of the revealed procedure. 

To the unbelievers he proposed to carry out the experiment in a banal way, without following his precious instructions, in order to convince themselves that this is not how it works.

He added, however, that it is strictly forbidden to carry out this verification after the actual experiment, because "wonderful paranormal effects remain operating for 24 hours" after its performance.

 

Execution and testimonies

It was only after the conference, watching the example in the hall at Pipera, that it became clear what the "Great Stutterer" was actually "aiming" to say. As this video is "hidden", if you didn't understand how many operators are needed and how many armpits the subject must have, you can watch the video made by a group of normal girls, accessible on youtube.

MISA followers exemplified the technique with two groups. Both consisted of two men and two women, placed on the left and right of the "subject". Both with a slender woman on the back left, about a head shorter than the others. In the whole of the Pipera ashram, did they not find two shakti of the size of the other participants in the experiment? But maybe they chose them for their "spiritual names": Asialeta and Joselina(?).

The first group raised a pretty solid male. During the "semi-levitation", you guessed it, he was leaning towards poor Asialeta. The second group lifted a rather small woman, so the execution was flawless.

As expected, after the "levitation induction" came the testimonies. The participants felt a lot, as usual at MISA. Powerful energizations "at body level", "upward flow of energy going up (sic!) the spine", "lightness and feeling of absorption at Shahasrara level", energization on Vishudha and Shahasrara, a huge energy circulating between participants...

The Asialeta operator said that she had noticed that each stage of the process had great significance. Already at the consecration she perceived a state of timelessness, a very vivid present moment, a very intense flow of energy, a state of ascension of energies and amplification of Udana Vayu ("ascending breath"). She even felt that she could lift the subject herself. Her pronounced jugular (during the experiment) said the opposite. Or was that the mystical physical projection of the divine "relay"? 

After the procedure she still felt the upward flow and a great ease in her body.

The operator Joseline(?) confessed, that her group carried out the verification after the experiment itself. Ooops! They violated the guru's ban. Among other things, she also mentioned, that the semi-levitation technique would have been taught in year six of the course.  

In the written course it's not to be found. Anyone who knows exactly in which course there is (if any) something about "semi-levitation" please leave a comment.

 

 

Solving the mystery

 

The so-called paranormal induction of the semi-levitation state is, however, a simple game, known on the internet as the "Two fingers lifting trick". It has been played for years by children all over the world at sleepovers, 'Family Fun Days' and camps. Adults also play it successfully at parties, as a kind of "spiritual" session. Variants of the game have been recorded since the 1700s. 

Wikipedia also provides an explanation of how the procedure works. 

Nothing paranormal!

Elementary knowledge of physics is sufficient to unravel the mystery. But when you've been "chasing" for a lifetime to validate any freakishness, which you "reveal" to the suckers at MISA, through the latest conquests of quantum physics, it's no wonder you "choose" to ignore such simple but inconvenient explanations.

 

Paranormal impotence

 

Around 1995 Bivolaru taught a technique of invisibility and one of materialization of a person or object (see the written yoga course year 6). Since then, however, he has NEVER PRACTICALLY demonstrated that he can make himself invisible or materialize anything.

In fact, in the 32 years of the sect's existence, NO ONE in MISA has ever demonstrated mastery of any paranormal power.

True, there were two failed attempts more than 10 years ago.

The "Jedi of Ferentari" then tried to prove how paranormal he is by sending his followers lame fake videos showing him moving a compass needle or an Egely wheel.

Since then, NOTHING.

And now, instead of providing a video of him levitating, he is putting forward a children game, a spiritualism session, which according to MISA doctrine has no spiritual value, is a hindrance on the Path and is sometimes even associated with demonic possession.

This is MISA's level of paranormal powers after more than 32 years of yoga practice! 

Is this really where Magnus has got to? Has his inspiration dried up?

Let me guess!? Will the next manifestation of MISA's paranormal powers be other childish games in "tantric fashion"?

MISA boasts on the internet of its so-called Gupta Maha Siddha Yoga lineage, which would specify "the distinction between merely saying in words and exemplifying in a paranormal manner certain spiritual aspects". 

Gregorian Bivolaru, however, has so far only exemplified paranormal IMPOTENCE. And that with complete success. It's really a wonder it's not yet a registered trademark of MISA.
