Breaking news! Gregorian Bivolaru risks losing permanent resident status in Sweden

Sveriges Radio, Sweden's publicly funded national radio station, broadcast on 18 🔗🔗🔗🔗 , 19 🔗🔗 and 20.03.2024 🔗🔗🔗🔗 several news reports on the MISA&Bivolaru case.

Gregorian Bivolaru is called a cult leader.
Very brief mention is made of exploitation of women on videochat sites, photos in underwear, inviting followers to the guru, secret orgies and punishments applied for breaking secrets.
 
Two local victims are mentioned whose names have been changed: Martin and Victoria.

The long-time follower of the sect, who for years coordinated the MISA branch in Karlskrona, Sweden, "distances herself strongly from the leader". Contacted by the radio station, she initially replied by text message that she has had no contact with "that person" for a very long time and has nothing to say. Furthermore, in a letter from her lawyer she asks not to be contacted and threatens to sue Sveriges Radio for harassment.

Does the instructor realise what a disservice she is doing the guru by claiming she has had no contact with him for a very long time? After all, until recently Magnus Aurolsson had the same address as her.

However, the guru's name is no longer displayed at that address and it is possible that the instructor has indeed left the sect. The link to the Karlskrona branch on the MISA Sweden website no longer works, and the person in question has not been mentioned in the MISA context since at least September 2022 🔗🔗. 

In addition, instead of NATHA Yoga Center, Ananda Yoga Center appeared at the same postal address.
In the summer of 2023 the website of this center, shepherded by the aforementioned instructor, was registered. There is no mention of MISA, ATMAN federation and guru Gregorian Bivolaru. Moreover, it is emphasized that it is a "legally, materially, administratively and operationally independent non-profit association that is not subordinate to anyone else", not affiliated "with any federation, person, other yoga school; or affiliated branch with any other organization".

The most important news made public by Sveriges Radio is that Gregorian Bivolaru aka Magnus Aurolsson aka Nikolay Petrov could be stripped of his permanent residency, that he obtained shortly after Sweden granted him asylum.

Rebecka Paulusson, spokeswoman, told the radio station that the Swedish Migration Board (Migrationsverket) is "considering withdrawing the sect leader's Swedish residency title" and  a few days after the guru's arrest "has ordered an investigation into his residency status to begin." 

She added that "an assessment must be made as to what kind of crime has been committed and the extent of the crime."

For years, every time the national or international press reports irregularities related to the sect and its guru, the " trump card ", the asylum and permanent resident status granted to Gregorian Bivolaru by Sweden, is invoked.

The main pillar of the sect's defence and argument has begun to wobble.
