6. SAUCHA - CLEANLINESS, PURITY at ALL LEVELS
The attainment of the state of spiritual perfection itself is synonymous with a complete purification of the aspirant's being.
SAUCHA includes both body purification techniques and purification of the mind and subtle structures.
- Purification of the body involves its external cleansing, yogic techniques for internal purification, but also dietary indications.
Saucha means that the food is pure and as natural as possible, excluding meat, alcohol, coffee or excess sugar.
Obviously, it is recommended to completely give up tobacco and other drugs.
- At the level of the mind, the aspirant must pursue a continuous "mental hygiene", which involves the disappearance
of negative thoughts, by cultivating bright, serene, detached thoughts.
course MISA first year - SAUCHA
Cleansing or physical purification begins in YOGA with careful cleansing both externally and internally. This involves,
among other things, performing daily techniques for cleaning the tongue, the nose, periodically cleaning of the abdomen etc.
Yogis consider that only the surface, external cleansing is not actually a cleansing, it is only the beginning of the cleansing.
If you are very clean inside, even if you are dirty on the surface, you are and still remain clean.
But if you are very dirty inside, then no matter how much you cleaned ONLY the outside, don't be surprised that, in reality,

A yogi is neither thin nor fat, but HARMONIOUS BODILY FULFILLED.

➤ PURIFICATION OF THE PHYSICAL STRUCTURE
At the MISA courses quite radical purification techniques are taught from the very beginning:
Shankprakshalana (cleansing the colon), Vamana Dhauti (stomach washing), total fasting with only water, Oshawa cure no.7
(10-day periods of eating only wheat and rice), predominantly sattvic lacto-vegetarian diet, etc., and the students are urged
to apply them intensively, sometimes even excessively. Also, the leader of MISA insists on recommending to the students
the ingestion of mixtures made up of a large number of medicinal plants, which are often presented as a universal panacea
for any physiological or even mental disorders, to the detriment of the methods of modern medicine.
Some students expressed the opinion that the prescriptions based on herbal powders, which they received after swearing to keep
the secret of the recipe and to apply it for the long term, were provided to them to make them regular customers of MISA's home company
- "Steaua Divina" (”the Divine Star”) - see here ”clarifications for those who have sworn to receive herbal recipes”
- a document received from a former MISA student.
There are reports that the leader of MISA Bivolaru advised some students - mostly women - not to resort to modern medicine methods
in the treatment of serious diseases and to resort instead to herbal recipes that were created especially for each in part,
prescriptions that often did not have the intended effect, the respective persons subsequently dying. After the death of these students,
people from the management of MISA made statements in which they insinuated that the respective deaths were due to the fact that,
on the contrary, the students in question did not sufficiently apply the treatments prescribed to them.
In a podcast made in Germany, they talked about such a case 🔗:
podcast: The woman, Nathalie tells us, had cancer. It was 2021 during Corona, and she didn't want to go to the hospital.
So Nathalie quickly cleared out her room in a shared apartment that she shared with other yogis for her.
Nathalie was there the whole time, cared for the woman, together with others from the yoga school, until her death.
Nathalie: Why should I be so harsh on you, because in the end she was in a lot of pain and it really wasn't nice,
it wasn't treatment because everything at school is completely demonized.
podcast: That's how Nathalie remembers it. She felt that the whole thing had mainly spiritual reasons.
Nathalie: Because of school and because it's set up that going to the hospital and getting radiation and all that are just not an option.
That's not good for you at all and so on.
Another example is the rebuke of the current president of MISA addressed postmortem to the former president of MISA
who died of cancer, in a statement that was later removed from the MISA websites:
"Unfortunately, an aggressive cancer then triggered some terrible physical effects (in her frail body), on the background of many
subtle deep fateful causes that she treated with an inadmissible, suicidal indifference and revolting superficiality, and which
have cost her dearly in the end, thus ending her life much sooner in the earthly world, and snatched her from us prematurely." 🔗
Of course, this release does not explain why such cases of serious diseases with fatal evolution occur at a galloping pace,
given that the MISA yoga classes lead a lifestyle based on frequent and intense purification techniques, as well as medicinal plant
powders that have been mentioned. Such serious health problems that occur despite an apparently healthy lifestyle highlight
the serious violations of moral principles that take place at MISA.
Unfortunately, a clean body does not necessarily mean a clean soul.
Riding the wave of free-flowing energies through purified energy pathways, boosted by powerful yoga techniques as well as the frenzied amor,
stimulated by the storytelling sessions in which the Guide qualifies all their impressions as "authentic high spiritual experiences",
many MISA students have formed the reflex of taking pleasurable thrills and euphoria as divine spiritual achievements,
living under the impression that spiritual perfection is near. Thus, their spiritual pride rises to the extent of that of the Guide,
they believe they have reached perfection and no longer respect moral principles.
In addition to indulging in a warm-euphoric state, they confuse pleasure with divine ecstasy and turn away from spiritual pursuit.
Believing that they have already reached the end, they do not realize that they are stagnating and enter a gradual slide towards lower levels.
In them, both laziness and arrogance are amplified, and this is seen more and more clearly as the course years go by.
When they were in the beginning, they were full of aspiration and candor, physically harmonious, but with the passage of time
they become fluffy and cunning.
This fact is also observed in the case of the Great Guide who, although he talks of techniques of regeneration, rejuvenation and immortality,
withers and decays on sight, becoming more and more venomous and violent in expression.
The MISA guide is also a failure when it comes to body care, being described in many cases as having unwashed and greasy hair (see photo).
➤ SOUL AND SPIRITUAL PURIFICATION
* But if you are very dirty inside, then no matter how much you cleaned ONLY the outside, don't be surprised that, in reality,
you are and still remain dirty.
The soul possesses free will, is autonomous from the body, and therefore cannot be changed by external methods alone.
External techniques produce only peripheral sensations. It is like exchanging a coarse sackcloth coat to a soft one made of cotton or silk:
the discomfort disappears and a pleasant sensation appears in its place, but the person has not changed from the soul point of view.
He didn't become a better person, he just feel better!
Even subtle meditations with mantras and yantras and rituals do not reach the depth of the soul, but only produce an effervescence
of the peripheral levels of the being. Many MISA students mistake subtle sensations for deep spiritual experiences, stimulated and deluded
by the Guide's vile tactic of obtaining false and quick confirmations of the school's worth through accounts of questionable subtle experiences.
For example T.C., once authenticated by the Divine Channel Himself as a great master of communion with angels, has now become
"a core of evil", because she spreads ideas other than those of the leader.
In fact, she's always been like that - even when she was "genuine" - only now she's become annoying for the Supreme Chief.
The cleansing and perfecting of the soul is done only by communion with a pure and perfect soul.
But this approach is blocked by the Guide's crooked teaching, for which the divine means "elevated intense pleasure".
Thus, MISA students become not only immoral, but AMORAL, unable to distinguish right from wrong.
Gradually, good (truth) becomes evil ("demonic doubt"), and evil (lying) becomes officially "good".
They become contaminated by the perverted vision of their Guide, who is God's Channel to them.
The "loving and settled tantric couple" from the beginnings has become "couples" - multiple relationships in parallel or polyamory,
"indispensable love" has become "intense physical attraction", "indispensable polarization of opposites" gave way to "bisexuality for women",
"urine therapy" (healing by own urine) gradually became "drinking each other's urine" during love games, "yoga practice that ensures health"
gave way to "indispensable prophylactic remedies from plants", "Divine Attributes" are "accumulated in abundance by tickling” etc.
Physical purification is done in parallel with mental impurity under the baton of the Great Leader and thus, in the "inner universes" of the students,
terrible blockages appear, often resulting in "galloping" fatal diseases (link).
Permanent outright lying, slander and aversion to opinions different from those inoculated by the guru are the great poisons of MISA.
Mental impurities lead to blockage and stagnation, and some students seek faster results or euphoric experiences in stimulants, even drugs.
➤ DRUG CONSUMPTION at MISA
In a 2014 conference in the "Morals and Bad Habits" series, the MISA leader disclosed the case of some students and instructors
- both from Romania and abroad - who consumed hallucinogenic plants and mushrooms and harshly criticized their action.
Regarding the consumption of hallucinogens by Romanian students, he revealed the name of the dealer (a former student and VIP of MISA, E.M.),
and reported ayahuasca rituals. Also, in two July 2021 conferences in the same series, he disclosed the case of a female student from Denmark,
of Romanian origin, who used synthetic drugs.
In conclusion, at MISA, in parallel with a sustained practice of purifying the outer levels of the being, there is an impurity of the higher, spiritual levels,
by perverting the ethical and moral principles of the spiritual tradition, a fact that manifests itself through serious diseases with rapid evolution.
Matthew XXIII:
23:25 A curse is on you, scribes and Pharisees, false ones! for you make clean the outside of the cup and of the plate,
but inside they are full of violent behaviour and uncontrolled desire.
23:26 You blind Pharisee, first make clean the inside of the cup and of the plate, so that the outside may become equally clean.
23:27 A curse is on you, scribes and Pharisees, false ones! for you are like the resting-places of the dead, which are made white,
and seem beautiful on the outside, but inside are full of dead men's bones and of all unclean things.
