Bivolaru is hidden behind the panties of "sacred eroticism"



MISA friends who claim to be researchers of new religions, as well as MISA students who have disguised themselves

as “objective defenders” of human rights, continue their desperate efforts to save Gregorian Bivolaru and his acolytes

from a sentence that seems likely to be drastic, given that his pretrial detention is being extended every four months,

and the charges are piling up as the investigation expands internationally. The latest episode in this effort is a presentation

by Soteria activist Camelia Marin at the conference entitled

”Human Rights Conference Limits of Restrictions: Religious Minorities in Europe and Asia – 30 April 2025,

presentation that was published quite late on the Soteria International organization page, precisely on June 12, 2025 (link),

probably for reasons of yoga camp. The "super-correct, objective and impartial" organization Soteria took a break

for over a month, because some of its members participated, as yoga students of MISA/ATMAN, at the camp in Herculane

(April 30-May 11 plus the "awareness" period), during which they went to receive "light" from the one they defend with

"correctness and objectivity", a fact that can be seen from the articles posted on their own page, which mainly refer to

problems related to MISA. And MISA has many problems...

Also on the organization's website it can be read that ”SOTERIA International was founded in 2007 to meet the increased

need for protecting and highlighting human rights violations due to misunderstandings of spiritual practice”.

That is, to put it bluntly, MISA had gone through the experience of the raids of March 18, 2004, Bivolaru had escaped

by obtaining political asylum in Sweden, but the criminal cases against him and the members of the movement continued

in Romania, so those from MISA, who "had an increased need for protection" and had seen that their efficient tactic

of self-victimization and appealing to the help of international human rights organizations worked wonders for them,

created their own organization of activists to work to defend their own people. The fact that Mihai Stoian was part of

Soteria (details), in whose defense the organization (on whose behalf the author of the presentation analyzed here signs)

is now acting (details), clearly shows how objective it is and the way it understands to defend human rights:

only the rights of the accused, but not those of the victims, whom they do not consider people, but tools of their enemies,

those from the "anti-sects".

 

With the creation of Soteria, another character trait of those at the top of MISA comes to light: duplicity.

Soteria was created in 2007 to defend MISA against the actions of the authorities, that is, from outside MISA, while

Bivolaru had already sent his followers a triumphalist message since February 2006, a year before, that it had appeared

”a happy perspective on a certain victory” and therefore, ”this spiritual school has already reached a sure state of invulnerability”, 

but that after ”the period during which I was confronted with many serious tests from outside, has now begun a new period

in which we begin to confront the demons, defects and impurities that still exists within our beings (for some of us).

Otherwise said, since the malevolent forces, cruel and cunning, have tried to destroy us from outside and failed, now

the demons and the satanic forces will unleash evil influences on the weak and receptive in another form of battle.

Satan will modify his tactics with the single goal to crush us, divide us, set us against each other and empoison us

The school had become so “invulnerable” to outside forces that Soteria was created, precisely to defend against these forces!

It was clear to the leaders of MISA that these “attacks” from outside would continue, because they also intended to continue

the same activities that brought them to the attention of the media and then to the courts. As proof, they did not stop

the evil deeds they were committing nor did they change their mode of operation, not even when they had already

been revealed in the media. Soteria is the expression of the self-victimization tactic that MISA/ATMAN repeatedly uses.

Let’s move on to the textual analysis:

➤ Both from the title of the presentation, typical of the mechanistic language at MISA - ”Who is afraid of sacred eroticism?”

- and from its motto -

”The spiritual teachers who proclaimed the virtues of sacred eroticism rarely became popular with the media,

police, and prosecutors” - the tactic systematically approached by the defenders of MISA and Bivolaru is clearly and

immediately apparent: hiding him behind the practice of yoga and "sacred eroticism". Bivolaru - it is said - is not being

tried for concrete facts, being accused of sexual and psychological abuse of female students, but because all those

who promote spirituality, and especially sacred eroticism, are persecuted by abusive authorities and the vile mass media,

which violate human rights. No matter how "divine and blameless" the "Spiritual Guide" may be, he is still subject

to persecution, but not through his own fault, but because of the wickedness of satanic forces that hate good.

More recently, the idea that "the Spiritual Guide suffers because he has taken over planetary karma" (details), therefore

"the persecutions were necessary to happen", even if he did nothing wrong...

I quote:

As we already know, our Spiritual Guide is in prison mainly because over the years he has taken on an enormous planetary

bad karma. The action has already begun to carry out in unison the collective prayer through which we implore the Good

Lord to annihilate that karma in this way.

But this tactic is not intended to be used only in court. In fact, a court judges the precise framing of the facts, according to

the concrete evidence administered, and not the general framing, in the form of a subjective debate, and, from this point

of view, such a tactic would be a loser in court. In addition, the defense tactic "needs" to be hidden from the prosecution,

so further proof that this lecture is not for the court and therefore does not present a solid argument, but is just propaganda

and manipulation.

Therefore, the tactic of hiding behind a general context is intended for the public, especially for their own public,

made up of MISA/ATMAN students, who "need" to be kept in the organization's networks and, for this, this falsehood

of "persecuted innocents" is sold to them. In addition, those at MISA are beginning to understand that the authorities

have actually caught the great leader in the act and they are already predicting that the sentence may not be at all favorable

to him and, in order to prevent a mass abandonment of the courses, they are seeking to psychologically prepare the current

students that it is possible that it will follow an "unjust decision", but that they "will need to follow the spiritual path

unwaveringly" even in such dramatic conditions, to be exploited, of course, by the future leaders of the "spiritual school".

➤ The author of this presentation believes that “yoga schools that practice sacred eroticism” should not be included under

the exaggerated label of “new religious movements”, but rather the labels of “communities of faith” or “communities of

consciousness” are more appropriate for them. It is obviously a stupid and manipulative statement at the same time,

because when you say “sacred”, meaning “holy”, you say “communion with the divinity, with God”, so you automatically

say “religion”, even by definition! Although Soteria member and NATHA student Camelia Marin dislikes the name

“new religious movements”, her protectors, allegedly researchers of religions, insist on this name, because it is much

more effective in achieving their goals. When you say “new religion”, you say “the inalienable human rights” and it is

easier to protect a bizarre sect under the guise of religion, I quote (statement):

As spiritual paths, they are protected by international conventions on freedom of religion or belief (emphasis on “or belief”).

The hypocrisy of MISA activists disguised as human rights defenders is all the greater since everything done at MISA

is qualified as "divine", the ultimate purpose at MISA is presented as complete fusion with God and, moreover, a multitude

of techniques and even rituals are promoted that are said to aim at achieving supreme communion with the Creator.

All activities at MISA begin with "the consecration of the fruits of activity to God" (details), MISA's mission is presented

to be ”the establishment of a New Planetary Religion - Godism" (statement) - but the organization persists in this

hypocritical attitude of rejecting the label of "new religious movement"!

I will now focus on the MISA yoga school. It would be a mistake to believe that sacred eroticism is its only or even its

central teaching. Its activities and the teachings of its founder, Gregorian Bivolaru, constitute an integral esoteric

yoga course. Those who want to complete the full course should follow it for thirty-five years, with 48 lessons per year.

The topics of the course cover several areas of​​ human life. Something less than 10% of the course is devoted to teaching

what MISA calls “amorous erotic continence.” Students regard it as a relevant and profound subject, but it is not the

only one taught.

On the contrary, in reality, tantric sexuality in Bivolaru's vision is his central teaching. In fact, this is what the concept

of "integral yoga" refers to, meaning that yoga integrates all aspects of life, especially sexuality. And what is the only

thing that other yoga schools, which do not teach "integral yoga", lack? Sexual yoga! This is what differentiates MISA

from other schools, proof that MISA has registered as an exclusive trademark several concepts fundamentally related

to sexuality, such as "erotic continence", "erotic amorous continence", the shakti and vira groups (MISA trademarks).

These concepts could not have become trademarks of MISA if they had been previously promoted by other schools!

Even Bivolaru's "great cosmic premiere revelation" - the Godly attributes - is marked by "pure eroticism", which occupies

a central position. This year's summer camp offers "the premiere initiation into the wonderful state of beneficial trance

that fully manifests the subtle sublime energy of pure eros" (announcement). Even if the topic of sexuality occupies

a small percentage of them, the courses are just a facade, because the true teaching of MISA is promoted in the

"extracurricular" activities, in the camps and esoteric groups, where the information is secret, being received only after

taking oaths of silence! Before the yoga contests, there were the Miss Shakti contest at MISA! Bivolaru himself stated

that, without engaging in special techniques (maithuna - sexual intercourse with continence, group sex, mutual drinking

of urine during love games), the yoga practitioner at MISA remains in a state of mediocrity (audio statement).

Finally, Bivolaru was arrested and then brought to justice for sexually abusing female students during so-called "private

tantric initiations" without prior warning and certainly not after teaching lessons on "sacred eroticism"! 

All of Bivolaru's problems stem exclusively from complaints of sexual abuse and exploitation! Everything at MISA revolves

around sexuality, while MISA itself revolves around porn video chats and erotic massage parlors (called "tantric temples").

"Those who wish to complete the full course should follow it for thirty-five years" is a misleading statement.

The yoga course at MISA has now reached its 35th year, but it has not ended and there is no sign that it will ever end.

The statement "the topics of the course cover several areas of human life" should rather be "the course covers the entire

life of man, not only in terms of areas but especially in terms of duration". This course will continue as long as there are

those who want to learn unheard of things, as well as tricksters to sell them to those who want them.

Schools teaching sacred eroticism and amorous erotic continence encounter a paradox. Our Western democratic societies

have a significant degree of tolerance for unusual sexual practices. Swinger clubs and others where one can find partners

for the practices called BDSM (bondage, discipline, sadism, and masochism) are not illegal. Those who go to these clubs 

end up having sexual relations with strangers. This is perhaps not generally appreciated by society, but is tolerated.

However, initiations and rituals involving erotic elements presented by sacred eroticism groups as part of a spiritual path

are not tolerated.

False! Society does not tolerate abuse under any circumstances, that is, those acts that violate consent!

Those who go to swingers or BDSM clubs know exactly what they are going for! They attend those clubs precisely

for the activities there, and those clubs do not pretend to be anything other than what they are, they have strict regulations

precisely to avoid lawsuits, they warn customers in advance and, no matter what, respecting consent remains fundamental.

At MISA, you go to the gym for yoga and you wake up in Paris in Bivolaru's bed or in porn movies and video chats!

At MISA, they do not tell you that you are entering a spiritual path, but you find out about it only after you enter and

when you can no longer leave, because you have definitively lost the chance of salvation! 

This is the paradox and not the double standard of society. Society tolerates consensual, consensual practices, no matter 

how bizarre they may be, but do not tolerate the violation of consent. Society also does not accept lies and pretense,

it does not believe that you can be holy and full of passions at the same time!  Holiness means renouncing passions!

Society doesn't believe that you can have an erect penis and a mind in God at the same time! If you are erect, it means

that your partner attracts you more than God, so you are not in God, you are in your partner! Society has the good sense

not to mix things that don't mix, like darkness and light, while MISA intentionally mixes sin with holiness!

➤ quote from the presentation:

Members do not immediately understand why the media, governmental bodies, and anti-cult groups regard sacred

eroticism practices as illegal and abusive by definition. I am not denying that abuses can and do occur. 

However, most practitioners report that sacred eroticism has made their lives freer, more loving, and more harmonious.

The duplicity and cunning of MISA activists are absolute! Any intelligent person realizes that it is not the practices of

“sacred eroticism” that are considered “illegal and abusive by definition” because, if it were so, all practitioners would

have been prosecuted and such schools would have already been closed! Only abuses, that is, violations of consent,

are “illegal and abusive by definition”. Some students felt good, but others did not feel good and filed complaints.

There are Tantra courses everywhere in the world, but it does not mean that all their promoters are accused or suspected

of being abusers from the start. The activist from Soteria issues false theses, such as that Bivolaru is persecuted because

it is the right of the righteous or that all practitioners of eroticism are persecuted, after which she creates false statements

and pleas based on her false theses, according to her miserable goals. And the creation of false theses continues:

➤ quote from the presentation:

The argument used to conclude that sacred eroticism always hides sexual abuse is that nobody would accept such

“strange” or “bizarre” practices voluntarily. Even that they understand it or not, it is argued that practitioners are all

victims of “brainwashing”, “mental manipulation” or what French law calls “abuse of weakness”. Let me repeat, once again,

that I do believe both that abuse is possible, in groups teaching sacred eroticism as in religions and movements with

very different teachings, and that it should not be condoned. What I criticize is the dogmatic position that all those

who go through sacred eroticism rituals and initiations do that because they have been “brainwashed” by sexual predators.

I have encountered hundreds of women and men, both in MISA and other schools, who report that their decision to

undertake such a demanding path was free, and they derived positive experiences from it, which explains why they

have continued the practice for years and even decades.

Bivolaru is not on trial for brainwashing his followers to believe in him and his teachings, he is on trial for using the beliefs

he instills to exploit and abuse his followers. Bivolaru is not sued for selling lies to the female students, but for deceiving

them to end up in his bed, against their will, without informing them beforehand. If each female student would have been

informed beforehand that she was being invited to a sexual initiation and there had been a minimum of contact beforehand,

so that the invited one would be able to figure out in advance whether or not she wanted this sexual union, of course

there would have been no complaints, but instead there would certainly have been many refusals!

A minimum of prior mutual knowledge is required by the fundamental principle, which cannot be ignored, that any amorous

fusion that is intended to be spiritual must be based on an intense and deep mutual love (even adoration) or, as Bivolaru

began to preach at a certain point, at least an intense sexual attraction. In the absence of this minimum prior contact,

at least in terms of physical appearance, many female students ended up being put in the position of sexually surrendering

to a man towards whom they felt disgust and repulsion, hence the subsequent complaints.

Instead, Bivolaru chose his guests based on photographs or films, therefore on the basis of sexual attraction.

Bivolaru was not sued by anti-cult activists, but by his victims, and he is not being prosecuted by anti-cult organizations,

but by the prosecutors who monitored him and caught him in the act. Also, the argument - real or not - that "no one

would voluntarily accept such bizarre practices unless they were brainwashed”, is not relevant in court. 

People have extremely bizarre fantasies, they desperately want to fulfill them, and they act in this direction without

being brainwashed, but driven only by their own irresistible fantasies. Even within the conjugal home, many such fantasies

are fulfilled, but it must be made very clear that there must be full consent and that any violation of consent is abuse.

So it's not necessarily about brainwashing. However, there may be cases in which some people can be determined to do

things that they would not normally accept, and one of these examples is in MISA itself, regarding the consumption of

one's own urine, but especially the consumption of each other's urine during lovemaking. It is true that there is urination

on one's partner as a sexual perversion, as a fantasy that is "naturally" present in some people, but as a systematic

”spiritual practice", it has only been heard of in MISA! And the leader of MISA fully encourages his followers to such

practices, considering that their engagement is insufficient! How many of MISA's followers would have spontaneously

adopted these practices? Obviously, they would have adopted them to the same extent as in a group of ordinary people,

that is, extremely rarely, which is why bizarre sexual practices are called "deviations".

Also, the sexual games at ATMAN meetings for overcoming limits, in which students are invited to participate in retreats

(in secret, not in public), where they are put in the position of taking part in some unusual activities, without being told

in advance what it is about and without being asked for their express consent, these fall into the category of manipulation

through collective psychological pressure, through which followers are educated to accept what they do not really want.

So the problems are with MISA, not with society or the authorities.

➤ finally:

The repression of practitioners of sacred eroticism goes beyond the purely legal aspects. It raises the issue of the quality

of our civilization. Let’s not forget that what is normal today was once tricky to understand, and what is considered

abnormal today was once a common belief.

There is no repression against practitioners of “sacred eroticism,” just as there is no repression against amateurs

of unusual sexual practices (BDSM) or LGBTQ members. No one is afraid of “sacred eroticism,” just as no one is afraid

of deviant sexual practices or sexual perversions. However, there is repression against those who violate the consent

or free will of others, and MISA and its activists pretend not to see this. Bivolaru is not on trial for having sexual acts

or practicing “sacred eroticism,” but because some women complained that he did this to them against their will.

Bivolaru is not being sued for urinating on his students, but because some students who were the objects of his fantasy

did not really want this, but were disgusted. Worse, Bivolaru did this after previously promoting and systematically

inoculating this bizarre practice among his students, presenting it as a deeply spiritual practice and absolutely necessary

for spiritual evolution, that is, he acted with the aim of fulfilling this sick fantasy. The urine containers found during

the searches and which were intended for certain of his female students, may weigh decisively in the balance of justice.

Also the video recordings of women who declared themselves delighted by the sexual act with Bivolaru, which were

presented to the female students who were waiting "consensually" for their turn at initiation.

Bivolaru's defense that all sexual acts took place only after receiving from God the "affirmative response to the consecration

of the fruits to Him" ​​is also very weak, a response that Bivolaru considers objective, but precisely because it is felt by each

individual, it is at the same time subjective, therefore it is related to consent, which he is accused of violating.

No matter how many false theses the activists in defense of MISA and no matter how many justifications they seek for

the "martyr" Bivolaru, the concrete evidence collected by the prosecutors will be the ones that will count in the last instance.

And the court that will try him did not attend MISA classes or the "sacred eroticism" groups, so it does not share Bivolaru's

ideas from the start, as the MISA followers do, those for whom this exposure was also produced, another pathetic attempt

at manipulation. No one is afraid of "sacred eroticism", but it is clear that those from MISA and their friends are afraid

of failure in the upcoming trial, so they are desperately trying to prevent it, and now we have witnessed yet another pathetic

and useless attempt. The tactic they use is as perverse as the practices promoted by Bivolaru: false theses are stated to divert

attention from real problems, then false answers are given to lead the public, but especially the mass of followers, in the

direction they want.
